When using this to surf the internet it would take about 3 hours to drain the battery, when using the adobe suite 1 hour. It also would be crazy hot underneath and on the touch bar. I upgraded to this from and older air and it took much longer to start up any of the adobe suite software, normally about 10 minutes. Had to return it

Best idea I ever had was buying this Mac book because I really like how it works and looks just didn’t like it came with a dent

I am in love with the laptop, it has great battery life, lightning fast speed and everything is functional. I was surprised that it was refurbished because it feels like a brand new MacBook.

I bought this Mac being cheap and regret it. It functions but the fan kicks on fast and it’s loud. I can be doing easy task while at a desk and the laptop just runs hot and the fan just stays on

Good computer fans very loud and gets very hot I would buy a newer model

This is a nice computer with a nice set up and a lot of features. We purchased this refurbished, but it looks and works like new. We bought this to replace an older model that reached its time. Processor is not as fast as the newest models, but this is a good option if you are looking for a good computer at a more affordable price.

Got this item very good condition. Saved a lot against buying a newer version for video editing. Six times faster than my Mac Book Pro bought 10 years ago. This MACs were useable for a long. I got 2 older ones still works.

Mine is a solid "Very Good" given in terms of how it's working and its really great cosmetic condition. The only area I notice wear is the keyboard which is pleasantly "broken in." No doubt it will need a battery replacement before we pack it in but, for the money, I'm very pleased,

Loved the MacBook but the cable was defective. Have geek squad purchased and they misdiagnosed that it was a bad cable. Went to apple and they showed it was bad, was sick with flu two weeks, went back to geek squad once recovered, they would not replace the bad cable that was received with computer. My purchase warranty had expired while I was ill, by three days! . Total bull. I was so angry that I bought the replacement cable back at apple. What good is geek squad and they had record of the original visit. Ridiculous!

This is my first time owning a MacBook Pro and I LOVE it! Works great. I love the screen size and the speed is awesome. It came with a few scratches, but I bought it refurbished, so I'm not too worried about it. Overall great purchase!

Brand new second hand. Used but in almost mint condition and function great. No problems after 1+ years.

I love this MacBook. I’ve had one for a long time, but it got destroyed in a flood. I purchased this one to replace it. I was adamant on getting the same one I had before, because I just love it that much. They don’t even make this model anymore, and they only made so many of these before discontinuing it, so I’m really happy and thankful that I was able to get it again. The staff at the store was beyond accommodating in helping me locate it and place the order to have it delivered, and I am beyond grateful. It’s refurbished, and I don’t usually buy things refurbished… so that’s a bummer. However, it’s in perfect condition. You would never even know it’s refurbished with how great it looks and functions.

Bought this laptop a couple of months ago and it has served me well for school work and general work. It has a good price and i expect it to last me a while!

MacBook is in overall good condition. This is not my main computer, more of a backup but also needed an old Intel model to run certain programs. Showed up in good condition with no major blemishes and works fine so far.

Fast and large screen are amazing- loads quickly and have had zero problems

Computer runs ok, seems to be a little glitchy, and the area where the screen meets the body is deformed a bit. Wonder why it was sold that way but otherwise the thing functions for what i need it for. At least best buy didnt sell me another stolen apple product.

I love my Macbook so much. Easy to use and it was in excellent condition when i got it.

Overall a great MB Pro. I'm pretty particular and was very surprised that it arrived in perfect, like new condition. Everything has been working perfectly. Included was a new power supply that was NOT Apple, but seems to work just fine. It was a great find and addition that was nearly 1/3 the price of new. I would definitely consider a refurbished unit in the future

Found this slightly older model with an Intel chip, but with a lot of memory and an additional GPU installed. We were looking for a laptop that could be dedicated strictly to mobile video production, so this was perfect piece at the perfect price.
