Got this for an ex wife, really wish I kept this bad boy for myself

Great purchase I love my watch ! The worker was in a rush to answer any of my questions but he was helpful enough ! I wish people in this field would be more helpful

Im calling this a bad delivery bc the box came with only the watch band and charger..NO WATCH. I called Best Buy, they said I should have recorded opening the package but then said I could bring back in store...WRONG. When I went into the store, the very nice Asst Manager spent almost 30 minutes on phone to then tell me the watch had to be sent back to Best Buy. The people were nice but Best Buy seems to be slipping on communicating procedures to their people.

Charged to 100% and died 6 hours later, super disappointing because the reason i got a new watch was to get a better battery and it basically acts the same as my 3 year old watch. Wouldnt have bought if i knew it would act the same

After one day of wear, the screen is popping up. Because it was a gift it wasn’t used right away, and now the return deadline has passed. Very disappointed.

Good watch. Great fit and it was very easy to use when setting it up. Also liked that it came with an extra band.

Can’t review the refurbished watch due to the poor condition in which it arrived: just the watch, carelessly thrown into a box by itself; no charger, directions or anything else. Seriously Best Buy? Thankfully, I was able to return it with no problem at an area store. But no more buying refurbished items from them.

The Apple Watch I bought has bad battery only last a couple hours not worth prize

Refurbished was fine until it wasn’t. Seemed fine then battery life went to crap after about 5 months so we were screwed and left with a costly lesson

Box arrived with everything in it but the actual watch when we spoke with Best Buy and fedex they both gave us the runaround and eventually told us they couldn’t do anything never got the watch or a refund

I wonder how they become so unprofessional. I ordered a refurbished apple watch. They sent the watch without even checked that the watch already has icloud signed in. Returned it.

I was told that the watch was compatible with my iPhone but I have spent hours and I can’t get them to pair. So frustrating and a total waste of money.

It was a nice watch however the microphone didn’t work. Overall liked the watch and the color but ended up returning it.

Had 1 week took back fixed for 1 day and nothing. Dont hold charge $158 doesn’t work!
