Came to me in great condition! Love it and use it everyday! I added a photo of a bass that I caught and I am wearing the watch on my left hand :) great watch and great catch!

I purchase the blue Apple watch and instead recieved a used Apple Watch 7 Series 41mm Black Aluminum Case with Green Sport Band. The watch shipped to me in a third party box with no manual. I called Best Buy to see if I could return it and get the Blue Apple watch that I had ordered and was told that it was unavailable now. I was told that I could return it to the store, buy the problem is that I live three hours away from Best Buy and there is a winter weather advisory for my area. A UPS store is also 1 hour away. It is just not worth my gas and time to return it as I purchased the watch as a gift. In addition, I found a 45mm Apple watch in green (same as the one I received except 3mm bigger) for $174.99. That is almost $75 less than what I paid. Buyers be aware that if you purchase something used and have it shipped to you that you take a gamble and may or may not receive what you ordered. I also told customer service about the other watch and asked if I could get a discount and was told no. I am very disappointed with Best Buy.

Has a few teeny scratches on the case, but you really can only see them in direct sunlight. Screen looks brand new with no scratches and I’ve had no issues thus far!

The product came in terrible condition, with a screen full of scratches, there was a bigger scratch on the side which I noticed after I clicked pictures and packed it up for return. The strap has fungus-like patterns and dust. The packaging was third class too. Honestly, I did not expect this from a refurbished product in Best Buy. This is something you expect from a heavily used product on eBay. Super disappointed and the hassle of returning this personally to the store, is more headache.

Arrived with a couple scratches and the bands that they gave me were a size too big for the 41 mm watch. Other than that, it seems to work fine a boot it up with no problem in the OS seems to be responsive and quick. The battery arrived at 86% of original capacity which I didn’t expect, I usually assume that they would replace the battery, but I guess that’s not always the case. Overall, not too disappointed, but would’ve mentioned these defects upfront

I gave my old watch to my grand daughter, I love the watch, didnt have any flaws, hold a very good battery charge, overall very good purchase

The battery life in the watch at the time i received it was at 73. It also says service required. The watch its self was great as well as shipping. The the refurbishment could have been better so i don’t need to go out of my way and replace the watch battery just to be able to use it all day.

Never expected to receive an almost brandnew watch. A single tiny speck of scratch on screen but barely noticeable even using a flash light. 98% battery health. Not bad

I just purchased my first Apple Watch and I absolutely love it. Self-explanatory download “ Watch” looked at some videos that this Apple Watch offers. The battery does last for a long time. And it also gives you how many steps miles in calories you burn, which is awesome!

The watch is amazing, It shows the amount of step you take and the calories you burned while working out or going for a walk, I live in the city so it helps when your tracking you calories and distance and you get calls on the spot while your listening to music.

Received the purchase quickly, excellent shaped but I was not able to get it sync'ed with my wife's iPhone 8. The documentation said it would work with iOS v15 and up, the iPhone 8 has v16 but it would not sync. The watch itself said it needed iOS v18 or over to sync. I returned the watch to Best buy. Good return exerpience.

Looks sleek. Really useful. Battery lasts around 15 hours. Watch is a little difficult to put on.
