So I ordered this watch and was disappointed when I opened the box. It didn’t come with a charger and customer service told me to go to the nearest Best But location rather than just reimbursing me for the $5 charger I had to buy off of Amazon. Second, the watch and the band it came with were dirty. There was dirt, sweat, etc caked on the bottom of the watch, in the ports where the band connects to the watch, and on tbe watch band. While the watch appears to be in perfect condition, it sucks that I spent $200 and they couldn’t even have the decenty to clean it prior to shipping it out.

I bought this Apple Watch 7 to replace a broken watch. I didn’t want to pay full price for a new one so I thought I would try a “Certified Refurbished” as I saw people say they came in great condition. Well mine arrived and I immediately checked the battery capacity and it was at 78%. I went on vacation 2-3 days later so I figured I would wear it and get it replaced when I got back. I checked my watch today (July 8) and its battery capacity was now at 73% 12 days after receiving the item. I called to get it replaced because my watch says it needs to be replaced and the lady said I only had 15 days to get a refund and they were not able to issue a replacement because it was “Certified Refurbished” and today was day 15 (so at least I was able to get a refund or I would have fought someone at Best Buy). So I bought this item that was pretty much defective out of the box and now have to get a refund and go find somewhere else to buy it because that is a ridiculous policy of not being allowed to get a replacement when Best Buy is at fault. Criminal company behavior. DONT TAKE THE RISK OF BUYING CERTIFIED REFURBISHED. THE RISK/REWARD OF CERTIFIED REFURBISHED IS NOT WORTH THE CHANCE.

Bought this for my daughter to track her heart rate. She loves it and we love the feedback we get from keeping accuracy of her heart rate.

I bought this watch refurbished. It arrived a little dirty and had some scratches on the face, but it worked fine. I ended up returning it and buying a new Apple Watch SE 2. The return process was smooth and I was refunded quickly.

Not what I ordered. Order was placed for Starlight case and band. I received a black case with Starlight band. Packaged in a plastic sandwich bag with no packing in a cardboard box. Not very professional. Has 89% battery, very few blems and works. 2 hour trip to nearest store so not worth trouble to return. BB will be getting some free advertising from me.

Almost new. This came in very new condition but off course in Best Buy package.
