I exchanged it for another one and the second one I received was perfect. I feel like it was a one off issue. Highly recommend refurbished at Best Buy. You save a ton of money this route.

I bought because there’s not a huge difference between the Ultra 1 and Ultra 2. Apple is in a fight due to the oxygen sensor. I don’t want an ultra 2 if it doesn’t work full capacity.

Wanted blood oxygen and didn’t want to pay full price. Battery health was good. Condition was excellent. Would buy refurbished again. Do wish they put battery health % in description, but there are probably too many to do that.

Not sure if it’s luck of the draw but I made 2 attempts to get an orange alpine band and neither order came with that band. The second order arrive with a sport loop that isn’t even marketed to the ultra, lol. The watch itself is fine but you should check battery capacity upon opening.
