Overall really happy with the purchase, watch is in great condition with no scratches on sapphire crystal and a few very minor scuffs on titanium body. Did not come with the band pictured but a trail loop which is what I would have preferred so it worked out great for me. Only negative is battery health is 89% which is unfortunate but still lasts all day and charges very fast.

This purchase I made was great I love it super good condition if I have to recommend 100% I recommend it because it is very useful it has many benefits

First one I received had a depleted battery health at 97%. I exchanged it for another one and the second one I received was perfect. I feel like it was a one off issue. Highly recommend refurbished at Best Buy. You save a ton of money this route.

Watch is nice and the battery life is 100% which was a concern when buying since it doesn’t mention it. The screen looks new no scratches visible. Best buy should just put random band in the description i picked the orange band and received a Velcro black one. Other than that it looks new ill share of photo of whst I received along with how it was packaged. I only gave it a 4 star just due to the band being a different color.

Bought this watch to replace my older model. I read about both the Ultra and Ultra 2 model and decided to buy this one because of the blood oxygen app. As a refurbished item it looked like brand new except for a couple of tiny scratches on the screen. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and service provided by Best Buy and would highly recommend this watch.

Watch works great, It came with a 86% battery health which is above the level they say to expect but will need a battery replacement soon. luckily I have apple care so they will replace the battery once it goes under 80%

Love the watch except it came with the wrong band.I went into the store and spoke with a manager and she said there is nothing they can do.

Bought this as a gift, my original purchase came with the wrong band so I re-ordered a replacement in store. The replacement came with no band or charger, just the watch. My fault for not opening it within the 14 day return period, but pretty disappointing that the replacement was worse than the original wrong order. Watch itself is overall fine, no scratches, etc. but whoever is picking these from the best buy warehouses is not checking what’s being picked.
