Even refurbished it was the same cost as an ultra 2 and it came with a totally different band than the one advertised.

Got it as Renewed and very happy with the item received. No single scratch and the battery life is 100%

Watch was in good shape. Didn’t come with band. Forgot how poor Best Buy customer service is. Will not order again.

Odered for an orange band but got blue but the watch looked brand new

Do not expect to get the band you order wirh watch. They are going to ask you to returned it and purchase again with no guarantee that you will get the one that you ordered. I tried to use customer support and they’re just gonna give you that answer very disappointed, but I tend to get another band instead of returning it.

Watch received had a blue band and size small and was missing a peice to close. Returned and did not reorder.

I would not buy a refurbished product again, the watch was sent with no instructions in a shrink wrapped envelope, the band was the wrong color and the watch had no charge. After two weeks the watch stopped fully charging with in two weeks of receiving it, I reached out to bestbuy customer support and they directed me to Apple to address the issue because the product was past its return date by a couple of days. I wouldn’t buy another refurbished product, I learned my lesson.

Ordered an Apple Watch Ultra with a green, large alpine loop and received a white silicone band. Calling customer service was little help, so I returned it in the store. They couldn’t rectify the situation, so I had to return it. Now the only ones available have small or medium loops and new loops are $100. For the price of the watch plus the price of a new loop that would fit you could buy a refurbished watch straight from apple with more certainty.

First watch received had some damage on an edge and instead of an orange band I got a blue band, battery health was 98%. Well this time I got a generic orange non-apple band but the watch looks fine. Battery health for the 2nd is 97%. Returning and will not repurchase again. Was told in store these “geek squad” recertified watches are actually a 3rd party, so think more like gambling on ebay to get a good one. This isn’t worth the headache.

The battery health was awful and took forver to charge. I also received the wrong band like many people have mentioned. The band was also a small when I ordered a large. Returned it in store and bit the bullet for a ultra 2.

Ordered with specific band and was sent cheap rubber band. Digital Crown is broken and when i called they said they would not return with the wrong band when they sent the wrong band to begin with.

Disappointed. Didn’t send the correct band. They want you to exchange in store or return and reorder, no guarantee they will send the correct one. Thinking of just returning.

Watch seems to be ok but like others have said you just get a random band. I got the Ocean Midnight one. Im happy the watch seems in good shape and the battery health is at 100% still but it should come with what is selected.
