So you're thinking of buying a $650 phone? Do you think you want to do something to protect it? Sure buy a case, that's a good idea. But what if a case doesn't ease your mind about dropping a $650 phone and the idea that your children will get to it kinda scares you. Maybe apple care or a best buy warranty? Unfortunately, neither of those programs are available for a refurbuished apple phone. As I have learned, these phone are not apple refurbished. They are best buy refurbished. I wish that there was more transparency beforehand so that I don't need to go back to bestbuy, AT&T and then Apple.

Do not buy refurbished! My iPhone 6s totally died in less than a month and the local store told me it is basically my problem. They also do not give temporary phones when what they sold you doesn't work. I was told I will have to see if Apple will replace it. Now, out over $600, no phone and headed out to drive over 2 hours to my nearest Apple Store. Never will buy refurbished or from bestbuy again- they offer no service or support when they sell you a faulty product!

The package does not come with a sim card tray opener and the box is extremely dirty.
