There was some wear but barely noticeable. It did act weird the first week, not sure if it was the phone or IOS. Overall iPhone 6s has some neat features but too big. I find myself carrying it more in my hands than pocket and setting it down more cause of it being big. Definitely different handling. Some of the camera features are pretty cool.

Refurbished iPhone looked it was new. I still kind of prefer Android because you can download different types of apps. I wish the iPhone had an easier way to change it's battery or charging port because those wear out.

Love that this phone is more thin although a bit wider. Biggest complaint is that when the phone is on vibrate I cannot hear that its gone off at all like I used to notice the other one unless its very very close to my ear or I feel it in a pocket etc.

This refurbished iPhone works as New. It just has some visible marks on the antenna lines. Walmart iPhones have better condition. Don't get me wrong, the condition is good but not great. I guess I no if I'm gonna buy a refurbished iPhone Best Buy will not be my first choice.

Iphone looks and works flawlessly, I was a bit hesitant to buy a "refurbished" one, but don't let that word scare you. I was also more inclined to buy a refurbished one as an elite bestbuy member, the return policy is extended.

this phone is great. my only complaint is because it was refurbished it did not come with an original apple box and it came with a best buy box. but it did come with charger and cable so thats fine. the phone did not have a scratch on it and it was in perfect condition. the phone works perfectly too.

iPhone is awesome as I expected, but the only problem is its actually not unlocked. I didn't expect that and got in some troubles with activation in Europe, so make sure it will work in foreign countries before leaving

this is the second iphone I have purchased from Best Buy that was a refurb. The phone was in excellent condition and works 100%, I have no issues buying a refurb from them.

Just as good as a brand new iPhone but a lot cheaper. Works perfectly. It was just what my wife wanted. I probably will not buy another full price iPhone ever again.

Refurbished is the way to go. Good quality refurbished device sold at good price by best buy. There is obviously no need to review the product. every one knows what is an iPhone

It was refurbished and no dings scratches or anything. It was just like new. I love it.

Glad I took back to best buy when I did. No one told me it was not available for apple care. I had 7 days before my purchase was no longer covered by Best buy. They took it back and I was able to use the $$$'s for a New phone that is now covered.

This iphone here are great better then my htc celphone.

So you're thinking of buying a $650 phone? Do you think you want to do something to protect it? Sure buy a case, that's a good idea. But what if a case doesn't ease your mind about dropping a $650 phone and the idea that your children will get to it kinda scares you. Maybe apple care or a best buy warranty? Unfortunately, neither of those programs are available for a refurbuished apple phone. As I have learned, these phone are not apple refurbished. They are best buy refurbished. I wish that there was more transparency beforehand so that I don't need to go back to bestbuy, AT&T and then Apple.

I purchased this for my wife since she has been complaining about her slow iPhone 5s. I got her this and she loves it. Apple quality is good-- this is me, an Android fan. So even if you get a refurbished one, you won't go wrong. Cheaper phone for the same quality-- it's a win!
