I returned it, comes locked by at&t, I tried to unlocked and at&t said that still payments to do, went to bestbuy and they can't do nothing.

Screen size, battery life, speed and storage capacity are great.

I haven't had any problems with my refurbished iPhone although it did not include headphones.

Great phone but glass screen was chipped when I purchased it. Hence refurbished. So the clerk assisted me in buying a glass cover to make sure phone doesn't crack any further.

I received this phone in a box with absolutely no packing peanuts, or bubble wrap, or cushion of any kind. Prepared to be pyssed off. Also, when I called about returning the phone and having them ship a different one with appropriated packaging, they said they couldn't promise the new one would have any cushion in the box either.

Its been a week now, I bought the iphone 6s 64 GB from BB, am really happy till now, phone arrived in company packing though missing the headphones. Condition of phone is really good absolutely like new...

I was skeptic about buying a refurbished phone but as soon as my phone arrived that all changed. This phone is definitely worth it.

The phone arrived in an apple iphone box which was slightly banged up. It was without headphones but otherwise it looked good. The screen was in perfect condition. There was even a little card inside which reads, "We put a lot of work into making sure this geek squad certified product works great." Which I find interesting because the camera (a major selling feature on this iphone 6s PLUS) does not work at all. The screen is black and stays black when you open the camera. It very clearly does not work. No mistake could be made if this was checked out. It seems that the functioning of the camera would be on of the major items on a checklist used in making sure the product "works right." As this was overlooked, I will not be trying a Best Buy refurbished phone again because there are a lot more complicated things that could also be skipped over by the geek squad which may not be as immediately apparent to me as a defective camera. Seriously, how do you not check the camera, guys? Confidence lost. I will be returning for a refund. I was so excited about the good price and felt confident after the many reviews claiming they received a like new phone. Hopefully, the squad doesn't screen these reviews because I hope this helps fellow shoppers.
