I had to switch to Verizon for better coverage due to a traveling job and figured I'd just get the 7. Coming from a 6S there's not too much to write home about externally - although the Jet Black feels better in the hand grip wise due to the glossy surface. Internally the device is a great deal more powerful and efficient than the previous generation due to the big/little core design of this processor iteration. It's certainly nice that the mid range priced phone is now 128GB as the 16/32GB models of last generation were an absolute joke - it's just not enough storage for the present day. Lastly the camera is supposedly better but I had no qualms with the camera on my 6S or any of the previous iPhones I've owned, this one takes great pictures just like the rest.

Very easy to use, I love all the extra storage and that I can use my iPhone 6 case. My one complaint is the new headphone attachment

The phone works great but I do wish it was better packaged. It was delivered in the iPhone box covered in stickers. All the content was there and in great condition. I also wish this included the headphones, but for how much you save buying some should not be an issue.

The phone looks and works great except for the battery it does not last a day without recharging sometimes without any use by mid day it's at 50%. It also does not come with anything just the phone

I have only been using this phone for less than a week. So far, I haven't seen any issues with it being refurbished but I like it. It was a great value for me. I was considering buying the 6s so it seemed worth it. When I visited the store to activate my phone after buying online, I was sent from apple to customer service to geek squad and then back to apple for them to tell me I needed to go to my phone provider. Very disappointed I wasted two hours of my day for nothing.

Geek squad refurbished. Same return policy, same warranty from Apple. Who needs new?

Bought this refurbished iPhone works great and great packaging the only problem is I read a review online and one person didn't receive headphones but she said she Called Best Buy and they sent her one, but when I called they said they couldn't give me headphones because the phone was refurbished

Excellent condition and worked great. Love it! No headphones but I don't use them anyways. There was a tiny mark on the back but other than that it is pristine.

Service was excellent. The phone arrived on time. I've had no issues. The camera takes fantastic pictures. No complaints.
