The watch came in pristine condition! My order was correct, all the features work perfectly. There are no scratches on the little display, and I added a case for extra protection. I feel like the battery life is quite shorter than a brand new one but I can’t complain. It works through the whole day perfectly fine!! 10/10

Im ususally weary of buying refurb watches as they usually come with used batteries or heavy scratches. Glad to report my unit had 100% battery and only some light scratches that are very hard to see, pretty much inivisible with my screen protector on. Does 95% of what the Series 11 does at less than half the cost. I argue this is a better deal than getting a new Watch SE as this has all the sensors/wireless features the SE is missing like ECG, Blood Oxygen etc. Since its only 2yrs old mode, it should get 3-4Yrs of WatchOS updates. Just check the battery health once you pair it (90% or higher i would say is good), and check for any deep scratches that might bother you, and you can return it if so.

Very good product and looks 100% new. The Apple Watch Series 9 is outstanding. It’s sleek, fast, and packed with useful features. The display is bright and responsive, battery life is solid, and the new gesture controls are a great touch. Health tracking is accurate, and integration with my iPhone is seamless. A fantastic upgrade—highly recommended!

Got this one refurb but look brand news, no wear or tear detected. Battery seems to hold up well. Mainly use it for tracking exercise.

Exactly what i needed. Gps, blood oxymoron sensor and fitness tracker. Also works perfectly with phone. I recomend this series 9 model.

It works great, good as new, with 100% battery health, but at a much more affordable cost.

This is a perfect watch for me does all the things I did with my Series 5 watch I had.. Tracks what I need it to and like the way you can extend battery life by not full charging it all the time.

Arrived with 2 massive scratches in the middle of the screen. I tried painstakingly to request Best Buy send me a replacement to no success. It was in fair condition. I called in right away and then they told me to go into the store to try to get this resolved, which did not help. Very disappointed in the service and quality of the product received.

I didnt like the band on it as it broke the first day. But the watch itself is very nice! And the band was replaced as they are very easy to come by! As always, very happy with the product!

I traded up from a Series 6 to get this Series 9, and my three-year-older 6 was in so much better shape than this "refurb" watch. There are scratches everywhere. Best Buy customer support is non existent so I guess I'm stuck with a scratched up "new" watch.
