This is probably one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I'm a pretty tech savvy person but if you know nothing about computers a mac is definitely a good computer to start on. I've made serveral dvd's since I've had my mac and everyones favorite was my graduation dvd which only took me 3 hours to make. So you can do plenty of things with a imac without having to buy software like you would with a windows pc. Also, for all you grandparents out there you can make calendars and photo albums of all your grandchildren and you can even video chat with your grandkids if they live far away and have a web cam. I'm in college now and I video chat my father and my girlfriend all the time. So if you want to never experience viruses and find yourself making media rich projects without much effort, this is the computer for you. It's worth the price.

I have been using Macs for years now, but have never been a fan of the iMacs ... until now. What Apple has put together in the new iMacs is truly awe-inspiring. The 24" Display will take your breath away. Add a wireless mouse and keyboard and you are down to ONE (1), yes one single cable... the power cord. If I didn't have needs for both a PC and a MAC in my office, I would probably get one of these babies! Yeah, you may not be able to upgrade them much yourself, but then again, why would you want to? They are already perfect out of the box. This is a must have for any business or personal office, unless special PC-only software inhibits this option.

A great product with superb performance. I have had no problems with it. If you're looking for a new desktop computer, this is the only way to go.
