I love it. This computer is hugely faster than my old one. I like the keyboard and mouse. They are much easier to use than any of the ones I have had in the past. I prefer a desktop to a laptop for many reasons, among them that they seem to be more trouble free.

This is my first iMac but I have been an Macbook Pro for years. I am so happy with this iMac and can't believe it took me so long to make the purchase. This is a fast computer with power at least for me. I can't speak about any gaming on it because I don't do games.

My grandson hasn’t stopped smiling since I gifted him the computer. He uses it for his photo shoots to enhance the pictures. The process to buy the computer was seamless and the staff was very helpful, I would recommend Best Buy for all your electronic needs.

This is a typical Apple product, excellent. The service was excellent. The service manager and other staff were very competent and professional.

Easy to setup. Data migration from old Mac to new Mac was time consuming but virtually hands free. Only snag was some previously downloaded music that took one short call to Tech Support to correct. New Mac flies compared to the old. Only negative: I miss the older 27” monitor.

I love it so far. I've switched from a Windows system, so the learning curve is a little bit to get over, but I really like that there is no tower to have to put on top of or under the desk.

The service of buying the product was quick and easy, the worker was informative and helpful. The product was in perfect condition upon arrival and was working efficiently.

More bang for the buck. The color and the performance exceeds expectations

Had to trade in my super slow 2015 iMac 27" all-in-one for the new 24" M4. The M4 is super-fast in comparison and has the new, but "yet to be utilized", Apple AI features. Unfortunately, at around $1,900, I paid approximately $500 more than for the 2015 model, which had the beautiful and striking 27" screen and a 1TB fusion storage disk, comparted to the 24" screen and 526GB internal SSD of the new model. It's disappointing that Apple couldn't provide more computer through Best Buy for less money. I needed to have the Geek Squad perform a transfer of all the apps and data on the old computer to the new computer and they did an excellent job. When I started the new computer after the transfer everything was in its proper place and operated perfectly. The problem was that the procedure required me to first purchase the new computer, then bring in the old computer and then return a second time to pick up the new computer. Further, I wasn't able to obtain the $85 due for the trade in of the old computer at the same time. Rather, I had to return a third time for the Geek Squad to wipe the hard drive of the old computer and terminate the computer from my Apple account. Finally, a few weeks after the purchase, Best Buy offered an additional discount in the form of the issuance of coupons. However, in order to take advantage of this discount, Best Buy had to cancel the original sale and then create a new sale of the new computer. This required still another visit to Best Buy. The personnel at Best Buy (Store Manager and Geek Squad) were super professional and cooperative, however there must be a more streamlined way to achieve the same results.

Great computer at a great price and great customer service - huge upgrade!

This new Mac desktop is much faster desktop compared to my 8 year old Mac desktop. I am very happy with my purchase.

My old Mac died. I brought to geek squad and was told not repairable. Bought a new one. Associate set new one up to have info from old transferred to new computer. Showed me how to set up when bringing home. Very helpful

Of course, you’re either a ‘Mac’ or ‘windows’ person. For the Macsters, it’s noticeably fast, I returned it to get a 1T memory model. I love it , the colors are cool and well, it’s a Mac.
