My new iPad is an excellent product at a very good price compared to previous years iPads. Only comment is screen shows finger prints somewhat more than the previous iPad I had.

Really enjoy this IPad. Mainly use for messing around (Facebook, Netflix, Hulu etc...). But also great display and sound is decent for an iPad speaker. Overall enjoy the item.

This is my first apple product. Having been a hardcore Kindle user for years. I can't say I am overly impressed. Purchased solely for the FaceTime app to use with children and grand children as they are all apple users. Everyone raves about apple. But I can't see much difference between it and my kindle fire except price. If you don't HAVE to have apple products the Kindle product does everything apple does cheaper. My eyes also can't tell a difference in the fancy "retina" display or what ever they call it.

Easy transition- device updates automatically or you can pick and choose. The pro was far more than I need and the fingerprint ID is far better than a password

Meets all my current needs. Only issue is I still Have not been able to pair my apple pen to the iPad. I know it’s not the pen as it pairs with other iPads.

The only reason I took 1 star off, is the fact that you can only stream to a TV thru Apple TV (expensive). Other than that is an excellent piece of technology.

Does everything I want in a tablet. Biggest failure is lack of notification sounds e.g. no sound alerting me to facetime call. Apple support unable to fix.

This Ipad is very similar to the other ones I have owned. They really don't change them from year to year which is okay because I like how they are set up.

the price point for this product versus the newer model makes it attractive . .definitely less power and capacity than the newer model but OK for the average user

tough to navigate when first setting up. no instruction book so doubly hard. almost returned item, but finally set item up with help from store presonell.

Great product, but Apple prices are out of control. Of course, a few weeks after I buy, they announce lower price iPad. Best Buy service was phenomenal!

Apple continues to create amazing products. I do wish they would wow us with some new offerings in terms of software but the ipad pro is still a solid purchase.

Hoping my upcoming IPad class at the community college is more informative and helpful than Best Buy staff were in helping me transition from my older model.

We have gen 2 to newest model and gen1 12.9 pro model. I only wish the speakers were louder on new model. It has a better display than previous models.

Apple continues to make great products. Just wish they would stop constantly changing them and then proprietary accessories wouldn't be outdated so quickly.

I had a bit of problems out of the box, make sure you know your iTunes password upon set up or you will need the geek squad to reinstall the operating system.
