Not happy with the service. It’s my fault I purchased the iPad before Christmas. With what I thought was in store insurance. Was apple and it takes my bride two weeks to use her Christmas present.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. I have all previous iPad model all has close to perfect screen. This one just one drop screen shattered like nothing. This is just 2 days after buying it.

Geeks did not transfer all from old IPAD! No accessorys are available through Best Buy so I cannot use new IPAD without possibly damaging the unit!

this is great iPad at very good price, the difference between this and iPad pro is not worth the extra price, most people will be very happy with this iPad. i have iPad air 32GB and this definitely is faster and have whopping 128GB memory and almost $300 cheaper than the price of iPad air back then. there was good promotion of $150 trade in on old iPad mini 2 which was great bargain. apple is more focused on introducing the high end feature on iPad pros and using a year old technology of bargain iPad. if you need iPad pro features go for that but if you need for casual internet use this is best for that purpose at very good price.

I traded my aging and laggy Ipad mini for this ipad and I don't regret it. It is very responsive, a bigger screen and durable build. It's perfect for reading books, watching movies and surfing the web. Occasionally, I can also use it for light productivity tasks such as spreadsheets and document editing. I've been also using it to acces my windows machine remotely for doing heavy duty work. I absolutely love it!

I purchased my Ipad 128gb last Thursday and I am very satisfied. I love how easy it was to transfer everything from my ipad mini to my new Ipad. Additionally, I was able to save $87.00 on the purchase by trading in my Ipad mini. Excellent customer service! Very happy I went with this Ipad instead of the Ipad mini 4.

I donated one of these to my small church that need one for the audio video use and needs on Sundays. made a great gift. well built and great improvements over last year's model in memory and processor too.

The current iPad is like the child of the original Air and the Air 2. It has a screen, thickness, and microphone layout that is more like th original Air than the Air 2, while having a processor that can match or edge the Air 2 in most applications. It also has better battery life than either of the previous tablets and a much lower entry price. The biggest thing I think people should be aware of is the screen. The screen is one of the brightest put into an iPad to date, but that is to make up for the lack of a laminated screen with anti reflective coating. This means that the surface glass and touch sensor are not laminated to the display. This is part of the reason this iPad is less expensive, and it’s also easier to repair. But it will make kind of a hollow thunk if hit with a finger nail, and it feels like it is flexing slightly if moderate pressure is applied. Overall, it is a great value for an iPad, but if the laminated solid feel and less glare on the display are deciding factors for you, you will have to move up to the iPad Pro.

For the money this is the best tablet you can buy! Apple hit the sweet spot on price to performance and it exceeds expectations. This thing is a power house and the most realistic choice for the average consumer. Highly recommend and highly satisfied with this product!

I purchased it as an open box item with 128GB memory......great price and great useful tool for surfing the net as well as using Apple Apps! This is my 3rd version of the Apple IPad and love them!!
