Like it but the down side is that it takes forever to charge battery

Very disappointed. Doesn't hold its charge. Can't even get 4 hrs before its in the red. Did I get a lemon or is this product just not very good? My 4 yr old mini iPad holds a longer charge.

The iPad doesn't hold its charge for anywhere near what it is advertised for. Fully charged it maybe gets 4 hrs. My older (3-4 yr. old) iPad gives me more time on a full charge than this brand new one does. Not sure if I received a lemon or if this is usual. Your advertising needs to be corrected!!
