This is my 2nd iPad and I love it. The pictures are beautiful on them, the touch response is flawless to me. I have a fire tablet too but I feel restricted on that. I love that I can be doing something on my phone and finish it on my tablet. Great for watching movies or playing games, drawing, painting or whatever. I love Apple products.

No one can deny that this iPad is still a nice device, but it's a shame how outdated the tech is on it. The A10 chip, while still pretty quick, is almost 4 years old now and the iPad really should have gotten the A11. The extra GB of RAM is welcome, but we're still treated to the same non-laminated screen and mechanical home button. The iPad was nice, but felt underwhelming at the same time.

iPad user for ten years, this is an excellent addition to the collection. Glad I got WiFi+cellular this time, can take anywhere and stay connected.

If you want the AppleCare+ , you better buy it RIGHT AWAY, at the time of your purchase! I purchased the iPad on-line and and didn’t get the AppleCare+ because I wanted to speak with a person to explain what it covers. (Hours to wait to talk live to a rep or Geek Squad!). No worry—the Best Buy website clearly says “You are eligible to add AppleCare+ to your iPad up to 60 days after the date of your hardware purchase. Visit a Best Buy store with proof of purchase and receive a visual inspection of your device.” WRONG WRONG WRONG!!! At about day 50, I was able to get to a larger city with a Best Buy, iPad and proof of purchase in hand. Oh No...that offer is only good within 14 days of purchase! I pulled up the message on their website, the girl in Customer Service looked at it, spoke to her supervisor, and still a “no go.” I then called Corporate and got some marketing department Rep. He looked at the same Best Buy site showing the same information. He apologized but, unfortunately, he was nowhere in the Corporate ladder “totem pole” to get web design and information corrected. I called Apple Support and they took care of me. Somebody in Best Buy “Policy Details” should check out all of your website information to make sure it is not false and not deceiving!!

I am happy I bought this product when I did and since having it, it’s been a wonderful companion especially when I travel. I recently traveled to an area where there’s no WiFi so I just inserted a SIM card and I was connected to the world. Great product! Great value. Go get yours

The iPad itself works fabulously!! Speedy, takes great pictures, sound & screen quality are great. Really fun to use. My favorite Apple product in well over 15 years!! I would say that the biggest flaw is the lack of an adequate, attachable keyboard/cover. I used the slim portfolio. No, no, no. I brought it right back & bought the “Zagg Rugged Go” keyboard/cover. Love the combination, but it comes loose to easily. (It uses a nodule that fits on the Mac, drawn together by magnets that go SNAP! But if you pick the iPad up awkwardly, the two come apart WAY too easily!) I know it’s a Zagg issue, sort of, but come on Apple, I do a lot of typing: messages, emails, & more. This is Easily the greatest flaw of the iPad. Screen typing ain’t the same, Apple! You should make a firmly-attachable keyboard! (A number of reviewers of keyboards have complained that the hinges on those keyboards break too easy.)

I purchased this as an upgrade for my father-in-law, from an iPad Mini 2. Of course, this is quite a bit faster, runs current iOS & apps and has a larger, clearer display. For more mid-level users (like myself), I would probably recommend the iPad Air 3, which has the A12 chip (versus the A10 in this iPad). Overall, it was a very nice upgrade, replacing an outdated iPad.

iPad works well, and really appreciate the battery lasting much, much longer than the phone. Obviously the battery is larger but it's nice not to recharge every night and during the day as well. Very new to me but so far very happy!

I love this iPad,the pictures are bigger and easier to see. The books i read are easier to see and I enjoy reading more. It is nice to use google to look things up with the bigger screen. I am really enjoying this new larger tablet.

I went for the air myself. This was a gift for the wife. Based on our usage, this is everything you need. While I was weary to begin, the smaller price tag is the better buy as you get everything you need from an iPad.

I bought this unlocked cellular Apple tablet for my business and it works great. Have not had any problems with it. I've connected the tablet to my metro by T mobile account. No problems with using that service.

Received my first ever iPad as a gift. I thought it would be difficult for me, since I'm an android addict. It turned out to be a great gift. Easy to use.
