Everything was good until the LCD broke

Big disappointment

The touch screen is inconsistent and have experienced frequent freezes requiring reboot. Fast and light is nice, but never expected to lose basic reliability. My overall rating is 1

Slow , Get a laptop instead

Horrible experience

Unfortunately I was double charged for apple care so I removed 1 of the 2 and it removed both. I received my device and wasn't able to open it until 7:30pm. When I turned it on it burned my hand it was so hot and the touch didn't work. Since this was purchased online and not at the store I knew the store wasn't going to replace on the spot. I went to Apple. They had a hard time replacing it since it was never shown as sold. I want to thank The local Apple Store for the new IPad rather the Best Buy. I won't buy any other products from here ever again.
