iPad not much different than previous model

The same thing often happens with the new one. Not everyday but probably 4 out of 6 days, when I go to use it in the morning, it is dead. Not a very happy camper with the new product!

not easy to use

When setting it up I was locked out and unable to proceed. I went back to the Geek Squad and they were not able to help in any way even though we had purchased the 2 year extra warranty. They said that I had to bring it to an Apple Store. I had to drive about 20 miles to the Apple Store. They had it going in about 10 mins. Maybe the $100 for the extra protection was not a good purchase. Also, it is not as easy to operate as we were told by the sales person. She is still having trouble with it.
