Tablet performed well but I ended up needing a cellular version to get gps function, Returned unit for iPad Pro. No issues with return process.

I purchased this to replace an older iPad. After 1 week the speaker stopped working. I took it to the Apple Store and they replaced it.

Pros: Very fast. light weight. retina display. very bright and colorful. cons: no quad speakers. no Apple pen usability.

I bought this for my son to replace his old Ipad mini, that one has a front camera of 1.2 Megapixels and 5 Megapixels back camera He told me that the pictures of his mini ipad are much better than his new Ipad Air2. I compared them and I thought they were not taken in the same conditions. Then I brought both Ipads and took the same pictures in the same place and I realized that he's right! The 5 MP od Ipad mini is much better picture than the Ipad Air 2, EVEN the back camera 1.2 megapixels has better picture than the Ipad Air 2 supposely 8 MP camera. Imagine the size of the picture taken by the 8MP back camera of the Ipad Air 2 is arounf 1 Mega! I took it back to best buy, they recognized that this is a problem, they game me another Ipad. I tried it, it is the same! they tired a 3rd one , same result. The camera on Ipad Air2 is BAD! I tried to show to apple they kept saying you know pictures are never the same condition, light bla bla bla.... and they didn't admit it I've used more than 10 Appele devices and So I'm surprised how Apple put such a junk in their iPad Air 2.

The original apple charger works intermittently also had very short life span. Other then that product ok.

So far it works great. I did have the flap get stuck closed so it would not run properly initially.

I normally use my cell phone or my laptop/desktop, ipad stays in the locker almost all the time.

Too many passwords required to navigate thru programs. Samsung tablets are a lot easyer to use.

Worked great for a day and then it would freeze. I will buy another one during the holidays

I CANNOT GET MY EMAILS DELETED???THEY KEEP COMING BACK AFTER I DELETE AND TRASH. NOW I HAVE ALMOST 7000 UNREAD MESSAGES....I TOOK INTO GEEK SQUAD IN AZ BECAUSE I AM HERE ON VACATION THEY DIDNT DO A THING. HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THEM. MY BATTERY GOES DEAD FAST. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.MESSAGES ARE COMING FROM AUGUST NOW.

It is good but new tech is on the way and this device already discontinued.

Doesn't hold a charge very long and takes way to long to get fully charged.

It's an iPad. Already had an iPad Mini and now this is for my son.

Not what I expected but still good. I will get Pro the next time.

Feeling I should have bought ipad PRO for couple 100 bucks more

Hard to copy files from a PC. Not at all user friendly.

Useful item and good for watching movies games etc
