I personally hate everything apple. this is an extremely overpriced tablet. thankfully it was on sale. My daughter wanted it because all of her friends parents overpay for apple trash too. Seems everything apple costs 3-4x more

The order was first lost. Best Buy never answers my call. I found it on my own. I bought a silver 32gb and a gold 32gb one. The silver one has a bad screen--insensitive to finger slide. The gold one is a little better but also insensitive. Today the gold one suddenly starts lock screen by itself frequently. When I press home button it takes screen shot. Annoying problem. My old iPad 2 from Walmart worked for 3 years and is still in great condition. But these 2 from bestbuy are of poor quality, can't last for half a year.

The battery is the only problem I am experiencing. The charge is lost after about 6 hrs

I got it for my husband. He like to use it. He loves to have new devices .

Definitely not enough storage if you have a pre teen that likes to game.

First tablet was faulty. Hope next one works as it should

Ipad is ok but not worth the price paid..camera is fuzzy

I received an opened iPad. It looked unused inside but I still doubted that my iPad may be a refurbished one. I have no time to return it or exchange it. But I'll never buy any apple product in bestbuy again. I'll go Apple Store or target

I finally replaced my second generation iPad because the tablet was just showing its age and slowing down. I wish I bought this tablet along tame ago, so much lighter than the normal iPad's and so much quicker than any of the older ones. If you're in the market for an easy tablet to use, easy to transport and use on the fly this is the one for you. Plus the battery life is great, I only use it a few times a day and might charge it once a week if that.

I purchased the product at Lufkin Best Buy ans tried to exchange for another I was turned down and told to contact apple. The product was 1 day past the in store warranty.

Purchased as a Christmas present for mother-in-law. She seems to like it. I think there are better options out there. Very pricey for no expandable storage.

After trying unsuccesfully to use it I returned it. It was refurbished. Apparently not.

I’ve had this iPad for over 4 years now and hardly a day goes by that I don’t use it in some way. It’s bigger than my phone by far, yet perfectly suited to allow me to accomplish any task I can sans a computer. From photos to letters, texts, calendars, reminders, alarms, etc., etc., etc.,; the infinite uses it has makes my life a little easier & that says a lot! Truly, this was one of the best investments I have made.
