iPads are lacking basic features
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What a mistake purchasing this. This is my first Apple device and I had no idea how limited they are. Purchased as a display to run my drones. OUT OF THE BOX this tablet has no file manager, no terminal, music player, or any way to drag and drop any files other than photos, out of the box it is just a lump of plastic. If I had known this device was so limited, and dependent on the mother ship, I would not have purchased. I am back to Android now where all of these functions are native, out of the box. Goodbye Apple.

Return Policy is Awful

I didn't know that she already had a tablet. She went to Best Buy to return it. The store would only give a store credit. That, in my opinion, is not fair. I will NEVER give a Best Buy purchase as a gift again. NEVER!!!!! Instead I will send money, so they are not forced to buy something else in the store that they don't want. UNFAIR!!!!!!!!!! And unacceptable!!!!!!! Maybe I will stop buying from Best Buy altogether.

LOOKS LIKE THIS WAS A FLOOR DEMO AND THEY SOLD IT TO ME AFTER IT HAD BEEN USED FOR I DONT KNOT HOW LONG. DONT BY OPEN BOX. !!OPEN BOX MEANS USED FLOOR MODEL!!
