Get what you pay for.

I purchased two for younger kids and they were able to use without much guidance. Please be sure to turn restrictions on before handing the device over to a child. Even with the restrictions, applications like Apple Music and any browser needs to be monitored closely. While the hardware is solid, the Apple Store and iCloud still have room to improve. The ability to create kid's accounts just came out and authorization to purchase/download is still hit or miss. Overall, I am happy with this device since all criticisms can be fixed with software updates.

Nice BF 2016 price

With Logitech case and Keyboard it is almost macbook Pro for 1/4th price! Allows notes taking in tighter classroom desk space. In down time or travel can serve as media streaming or web browsing, besides usual emails, imessages etc. Happy with the purchase and arrived well in time for Holidays!
