We bought this for our mom because she has been having the first iPad. She was surprised and absolutely loves how light it is and much faster than her old iPad. She is not tech savvy so the iPad is very easy to use.

We have never owned an iPad but love our iPhones so I decided to stick with Apple products and get a nice iPad for my husband to play games on (clash of clans) and to take pics of the houses he builds, videos of our adventures, etc. so I decided on the iPad air and omg - he loves it soooo much and didn't see it coming! I did my own research as far as what I thought he'd want and ordered from best buy online and selected in store pickup. It was delivered on time, and when I went to pick it up the staff was quick and courteous, and even got a guy employee to help me pick out a rugged, manly case for the iPad! My husband is thrilled with both purchases and I was very pleased with the customer service and support After my purchase.

I have an older ipad that I dearly love. I just wanted a more lightweight version with more room for pictures, books, and apps. I love the sleek feel, I don't want to cover it, but will to protect it.

after borrowing an Ipad2 for a few months it was time to buy my own. Best Buy had the Air on sale so that is what I bought. I am very pleased with my purchase. Easy to use and lighter weight than the 2.

I bought iPad Air instead of Air 2 but it's good enough for me because I don't use camera a lot. Comparing to previous versions, it is lite and powerful. I would recommend it anyone who wants new iPad.

This I pad has very sharp and clear screen and is very easy to navigate. It is well worth the money!!! I have other tablets and this is by far the best.

Operating system is user friendly. It is lightweight and easy to take wherever I go. MyiPad makes it possible for me to work anywhere since it supports all the apps I need to work, travel, or play.

This is exactly as you would expect. It works flawlessly. It's battery life and speed are tremendous. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for a tablet in this size range.

Love this tablet! Light, thin, fantastic display, user friendly. Extremely easy and quick set up. Battery lasts up to 10 hours before needing charged. Ordered on-line from Best Buy - standard delivery was very quick - received it in a couple of days. Plus got it at a great 2 day Door Buster price. It is everything the description says it is. Quite happy with this purchase!

I used my iPad Air every day for emails, documents and watching videos. My kids also love it. Great battery life that last almost all day. Also screen looks awesome with the Retina screen.

I just upgraded my old IPAD to this one and am very pleased at the speed, clarity & overall quality of it! Also like that it's more lightweight than the old IPAD2 I had. Awesome product!

Very intuitive interface. My grandson uses it to watch videos and play games. I use it for work and carry it a lot, light weight and sturdy. Battery lasts 2-3 days even when used constantly

I bought this iPad to replace an iPad 3. It is quite a bit lighter than the old one and seems to be a little faster. Very nice tablet.

Easy to connect to any wireless modem. Size is just right to take and use anywhere. Came with good apps and easy to add any you want to add. Very fast. Would recommend for any age.

I had delayed entering the apple world, since I was used to PC/android platforms. Bought this on sale - it has worked great and I really appreciate the larger screen and ease of use.

I replaced my iPad 2 with the new air. What a huge improvement! The screen is amazing and it's much faster than the 2. Yet at the same time thinner and lighter. This is a great upgrade for anyone with the original iPad or the iPad 2. If you have a newer one, you should probably compare side by side to see if it's worth the cost right now. The only two negatives I have is that it still can't be upgraded with additional storage and you still need iTunes.

This new iPad is so slim and sleek. I liked my old one but this one is so much better. It's faster, and offers more features. I use it for email, paying bills, and reading books.

I bought this mainly to use for Facetime with family but am absolutely loving it for so many things! Photos are great quality & Iphoto is intuitive for editing. It's good for watching videos as well. Only drawbacks so far are not being able to plug in an USB port & the view of Gmail when you bring it up - doesn't show my categories & defaults to the last email I had read instead of the newest. I am using it more & more & am very glad I bought it!!

This is my 5th iPad. I get a new one and the old one gets passed down to the next child in line for a newer one. They are getting lighter and more powerful and we all love them.

I had one of the original iPads. I loved it and used it all the time. However, it had gotten to the point that the iOS and many apps I used regularly could no longer be updated. I was reluctant to upgrade to the new iPad Air just because the old one had become obsolete! But I looked up the trade-in price for the old one (not bad, but not great considering how much the original had cost), but it was good enough to push me over the edge. I am so glad I did. The lighter weight is the biggest bonus. And all my apps are up-to-date!
