Just like apple promised the new air pad is light weigh and very thin. It is a lot faster than my first gen iPad. I love the new 128 gb option. Only problem is that it gets pricey. I paid just over 1,000 for the 128 gb version. But I least I won't run out if memory. Loving my new iPad , just wigs Apple did not charge so much.

I sold my mini to purchase the iPad Air. I love the weight and size of the device but I will say aside from the retina display and the increase in screen size for reading, if I had a do over- I'd saved my $$$.

Since you're reading reviews you most likely already know the strengths and weaknesses (mainly the price), but the Best Buy discounted $824.99 price is great! The description says the $105 discount only applies by adding the iPad to your wireless plan, or opening a new month-to-month plan. However, I selected "Buy this device without a plan" and clicked the blue "Select New Plan" and there was my discount. At this price, for only $25 more than the WiFi-only iPad Air you get the wireless capability. So if you're considering getting an iPad Air with wireless but think it's too expensive (which it is), act quickly and buy it here on BestBuy.com! While I won't be activating my Verizon on the iPad right away, it's nice to know when I want it, I'll have it.

The IPAD Air I ordered is a great product but had to get a replacement a month ago. The hard drive died and would not power up. Apple replaced it for free since it was under warranty.
