This turned into a very late Turned out to be a subdued Christmas present when we tried to set up an older version brand new (not refurbished or pre-owned) IPad out of the box and it would finish the set up process. We took it in to Geek Squad, and they couldn't get it to work either, and unfortunately were all sold out. We wended up upgrading to the this IPad Air for an extra $300. and had to wait a week for delivery...bummer.

We purchased the iPad Air for a person working with our ministry. We purchased it because we have been using an iPads through the years. We were most impressed with the technical support we have been getting from Apple. The person that we purchased the product for is not knowledgeable in terms of computer technology, but the Apple technicians were very patient and accommodating to assure that the person was up and running.
