Worse purchase ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item for my husband for his birthday, verified as it was a gift if there was a problem he could return it. Well there was a problem and apparently one Apple is aware of but has not fixed, he returned it to the store I purchased it from they gave him a store credit and assured him it could be used on the account balance, WRONG. So after assuring the return would not be an issue as it was a gift, yhird apple product we purchased from bb. So as it seems they do not stand behind their sales person. I am stuck with a store credit,a bb acct balance and I assure u this will be my last purchase from this company. May sound a petty issue, we have spent better than 8k over the years with them but never again!
