Best iPad ever.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best iPad ever. Color is vivid & crisp. Processor fast with plenty of storage. I’ve owned original iPad, iPad Air, & iPad Mini 2nd generation and this is the best. Also pencil fits snug against right side.

A best buy, indeed!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best compact iPad I've ever had! I bought this for digital drawing. I was pleasantly surprised by the long battery life, even on mid high to high brightness level. It was very easy to set up, and seemingly indestructible as well. Some nights id forget to flip the cover back on and it'd get knocked off my bed but it was perfectly fine. If you're looking to buy an ipad for digital art, i recommend a bigger screen. You can produce higher quality art that way, like seeing the pixels better

Purse friendly
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the ipad 11in M1 pro and I love it the problem is I am a Digital planner who loves to carry small purses. I was finding myself leaving my ipad at home because the 11 was just too big for alot of my purses. The mini is the perfect edition. I use both equally actually because I only use my mini when im out and about since it stays strictly in my purse. I wish I wouldnhave bought it in 2021 when it released but im here now. Even if they come oht with a updated one some this one serves its purse. I did go with 256gb and glad I did to match all my other devices. 64gb will fill up pretty quick.

Perfect iPad for the Commuter
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't had an iPad since the very first iPad Mini, I lost it earlier this year and looked up the most current iPad Mini on the market. It was a well needed upgrade and it was even better than I thought it would be. Initially I was going to use this for reading on the Kindle and Comixology app but now it became my digital notebook and canvas to create art as well. This is also the perfect sized iPad to put in my sling crossbody bag for my daily commute to work.

Apple iPad Mini 6 - 256GB (Purple)
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic upgrade from iPad 4 (which was a wonderful device that served me excellently for many years) - takes some getting used to but still a great device and brilliant size for portability. Functionality as expected; seamless transferring of existing iPad apps etc to new device. Chose the purple version for something different. Was pleasantly surprised that colour is not glaring but subtle and quite sophisticated. Also bout Apple Pencil - I'm new to this too so has taken some getting used to also but very pleased with the decision (I made to purchase), functionality and option to scribble thoughts (and doodle!). 100% recommend.

Great Tablet for Note Taking
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great tablet, especially if you're familiar with iOS. But coming from Android, there are quite a few differences in iOS that make me appreciate Android more. The big differences that I don't think get enough mention are: thr iOS filesystem which sandboxes each apps storage and makes it difficult for apps to access the same data (like using cloud sync apps that can be edited with Obsidian which i like to keep offline). Next would be the very aggressive battery saving, which makes apps stop syncing or doing background tasks once I go to the home screen or any other app. I also thought there would be a workaround to be able to cast to Google speakers, but other than bluetoothing into the speakers individually, I haven't found a way. Finally, the lack of a universal back button, as seen in android, can make using apps feel very inconsistent. Some apps put their back button in the top left (a pretty poor design choice to me), or its a swipe from the left to go back. Despite this, the iPad mini does nail a lot of things like smooth performance, great battery life, great speakers, bright screen and the excellent note taking experience with the Apple Pencil 2 (highly recommended). Overall, I think it's a great device once you understand the quirks of iOS.

Great improvement over previous generations.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice upgrade to my old iPad Mini gen 4. The new generation has no home button, so it's a bigger screen with 16x9 ratio, the device is a little thicker and feels more substantial in your hand. Works perfectly for what I need: Netflix, reading iBooks, digital magazines and general web surfing. The Gmail and Outlook email apps work great. Had to get used to the USB-C charging port since this is the first device I own with the new port, but I am sure over time it will be less noticeable as iPhones switch to USB-C as well.

Great iPad for the first time user
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this because I wanted an iPad for a while. I love it because it’s compact easy to use and you could take it pretty much anywhere. Grab this if you want iPad, but don’t wanna spend a ridiculous amount of money.

It's an iPad...
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Those who have used iPads know what to expect from such tablets. This model is no different from any other you've used save for the smaller screen. Thankfully, Apple is going with fingerprint sensors instead of FaceID for logging in on their latest iPads, which is nice. The only quibble is the front camera placement, but again anyone who has used an iPad before will find this to be business as usual. Overall, it's far more performant than any Android tablet you'll find, and its App Store selection simply can't be beat.

iPad Good, Price Bad
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The iPad mini is great and lives up to most of what it is marketed as and for. The screen is beautiful and vibrant and a big step up from the last iPad I had (iPad Air 2). The price is just terrible considering it doesn't do anything special over the other iPads at lesser price but adds more memory. Paying $200 for memory is not something that should be standard. Battery life is good if used moderately. Really not made for extensive use however. You'll get longer use from a iPhone 12 doing the same work. Seems sturdy, but not much better than any other glass screen device. No bending or screen gap though so thats a plus I guess. Overall, if you're looking for a basic tablet, you can get the same for cheaper. You're paying a premium for memory so if you have the money to spend and this is something you really want then why not? It's sorta like buying $300 shoes or a $100k car.

Phenomenal Device
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Likes: Incredibly fast for an ipad mini. Fonts are beautifully detailed. Incredibly portable. Practically fit in a cargo pants pocket.extremely lightweight, yet sturdy. Dislike: More than $100.00 more than ipad 10.2. Yet, somehow, i would still choose this mini 6 over the 10.2.
