It was OK ended up getting an iPad Air that I prefer for more and would suggest that

The volume buttons are hard to press when a case is on especially when you have nails. The lightly touch button is cumbersome and rarely works. I prefer face recognition.

Purchased this tablet at $499 back in December 2023, a few days later went down to $399. Talked to someone there and I was told that they would deduct the $100 from the total purchase, but didn't happened, waited a while then called back in February 22nd, same answer, they will deduct the $100 from the total, but nothing, called again February 29th and then the person said I would have to go directly to the nearest Bust Buy store and try getting them to deduct the $100. Is just frustrating dealing with these people, will never buy anything from Best Buy ever again.

At $500 its pretty expensive, but I love the compact feel with most of the features of the bigger version

This is a good little iPad but doesnt compare to the iPad Pro. I planned to use this as a small travel companion but it was so much slower than my Pro I couldn't take it.

Fast and chock full of features. Great cases available to pair and carry Apple Pencil. Very satisfied.

Great little machine or tablet I just did not like the way the font worked through different apps almost unbearable to see riding was too small also the apps icons are too small

It froze for a while until I fixed it by watching a demo on YouTube

We need Oled Screen and 120hz ,we can pay the price higher.Thanks

Great product but do not buy from bestbuy. Item got lost and took over a month for me to receive it and customer service were no help. Better off purchasing from Apple

This IPad was to replace an old one. However, I am unable to send or receive texts to/from certain numbers. Also, I am unable to download library books to overdrive.

It was alright. I wish it had more memories and more pixels

Great for many reasons, but mostly for my little one. The old mini 2 was getting slow and apps were not supported much anymore.. it was time for a new one. It’s so nice I want to buy another one..

The quality is okay, definitely not as good as the iPad Pro I had years ago. It doesn’t take photos all that well, and blurs a bit too much for my liking.

This has been perfect to control on our wall mount for our smart home, perfect size!

Tablet is definitely overrated. The screen format for this size is not beneficial.

I thought the new iPad Mini might meet my needs. I tried it for awhile and the screen and text was too small for me. It might be great for other people.

Really love the mini it’s perfect for what i use it for which running my business and allowing customers to see what i have to offer, can use my mobile hotspot and take payments love it.

Its small enogh to fit in any bag but big enough to work on and see everything.
