Got delivery in California on 10/16. Moved to Hawaii on 10/31 and opened package on 11/2. Tried setting up the new iPad Mini and it doesn't stay connected to the wifi network. Spent countless hours on the phone with Apple. Their solution is to send a brand new item out of the box for repair. I do not return to the mainland for another 5 weeks and by that time, the return window from Best Buy will have come and gone. By the way, the issue I am experiencing appears to be a common issue based on comments on the internet.

The new iPad mini (6th gen) is extremely easy and fun to use. I love that they got rid of the home button so there's more screen real estate for a better viewing, gaming, and note-taking experience. I am in college right now and it has changed how I take notes, mainly because all my notes are on a single device instead of multiple notebooks. If you have a clear idea of how you will use this iPad -gaming, social media, note-taking, or just reading- , then you will be thoroughly satisfied with its performance and your overall experience with it. So far, I have had this device for a month and have had no problems or complaints.

Unhappy new charging cable is designed to only fit this product standard iPhone cable will not work so photo power brick will not work. Returned tablet

New ipad is nothing like what I expected. Still having problems

Touch screen is garbage, especially around the edges. Trying to move a video you are watching forward or back by dragging is ridiculous, it takes multiple tries and loses contact constantly.

Very easy to set up, fast and long battery life. I have an iPad and iPhone. We are going to Italy and I wanted this for photos and because it was smaller.

I was very disappointed in this iPad. First it didn't have the home button which most of us like and as usual Apple is out of touch with what the people want. The volume isn't as loud, I returned it.

iPad mini 6th gen is a little powerhouse. I’ve been using it for drawing and some content creation stuff and it flies through everything. The screen is amazing and it’s small enough to fit in a big pocket or very easy to slide in a bag.

The learning curve was a bit steeper than I would have liked but most of it figured out.

It hangs when used for a longer duration, exactly what we don't expect from apple products

I love the iPad, but don’t expect Best Buy to give you the free apple news they promise at purchase. No instructions on how to redeem, and no prompts from the iPad itself when you set it up. I also bought an Apple Watch SE in the same transaction and didn’t receive the free months of apple fitness nor the free months of Apple Music. Disappointing.

Ordered pink. Got silver. Freezes a lot and shuts off

This is device is not water friendly at all. A slight drop of pop bubble by son damaged the device screen and apple/geek squad is asking $399 to fix it which is same as the price of a new device. For a device this costly should be able to protect itself for a slightest splash of water.
