I just bought an Apple iPad mini 6 64 gb from Best Buy online as a certified recondioned unit. I am not complaining about how quickly it arrived, even though it arrived before I wanted or scheduled it to come, nor am I complaining about its "okay" capacity of 64 gb. I bought it be an Apple version of an Amazon Kindle e-reader so 64 gb is more than adequate for that purpose. Nor am I complaining about Apple's stubborn refusàl to allow their products to expand their onboard memory like Android products (actually, yes, I *am* complaining about that). No, my complaint actually revolves around the build quality of the unit. It felt like it was a badly designed cheap plastic unit. I was hoping that it would be as solidly built as is my Apple 9th generation iPad. The mini felt like a cheap plastic e-reader. It was not solidly built. It is mot expandable. The screen retained finger prints. I got a silver one instead of the vold one, but that was the one I wanted anyway. No, the build quality was about equal to a $100 or less Android. I would have to say that I was greatly disappointed y the Aople iPad mini 6 and feel that two stars is being too generous.

Great iPad, just the right size to fit in a jacket pocket or scrub pocket at work. Very pleased with the iPad mini.

Should have come with pro motion and face recognition. They can do it on a phone and not on this. Make no sense. They also need to get the mini display fully utilized with the fitment of the apps. They are basically cropped for this size screen. Again, makes no sense. I am keeping the 5th gen until these upgrades come. Was pretty disappointed in this launch. Yeah new chip, yeah USB-C, but at $500 bucks for the base model I will pass. If you don't have a gen 5 I would buy this one b/c it's only $100 more, but if you have the 5th gen I would wait.

I love it ! This replaces my 2nd gen mini and it is a great improvement!

It was cool to have but honestly in my opinion it’s a bigger iPod. There isn’t much I can do on this thing that I can’t with my iPhone.

Love little Ipad, resolutions is very good, your eyes don't get tired with the screen, I consider this as an excellent purchase.

while it’s a nice new iPad mini, I’m finding it somewhat difficult to navigate without the home button. also sometimes the “touch screen” seems slow to engage.

Excellent open box buy. I was skeptical but I would definitely purchase an open box item in excellent condition from Best Buy again. It’s worth it!

Don’t like it, it function like an iPhone and not an iPad, I prefer the older model with the home button. When you on the internet browsers, it’s functions like an iPhone instead of desktop. I really don’t see why this mini iPads get 5 stars from other buyers. It functions

Inexplicably started to not charge after about 15 months. We would need to unplug and replug multiple times to get to charge and now it has stopped completely. We got three at the same time (this is the only one with issue) so I'm not sure if this one just happened to be faulty or if this is an issue with this particular model. Either way, Apple only offered a repair for $350 ($50 less than just buying a new one). We have 15+ Apple products in our home and NEVER had one die this quickly with little/no support from Apple. I'm very hesitant to replace with same model.
