Great new iPad

I have not opened it yet as it is a Christmas gift for my daughter who begged for an Apple pencil that isn't compatible with her older but fairly recent iPad mini.

Sadly, the buying experience did not. Two of the three people involved in our transaction are clearly in the wrong job.
