The apple Ipad is asethetically pleasing, easy to use and renders text, photographs and video with eye popping clarity. The many apps that are available serve a variety of interests at affordable prices. It is built well and the form factor is comfortable. Instantaneous operation is another feature that is useful. Apples Page & Numbers program apps are well thought thru, require some practice but offer the user creative solutions for home, school and work. On the downside, the device will not connect via blue tooth to HTC EVO Phone. The apple software keyboard is limited without directional curser control and user placement of curser with a finger or stylus is clumsy. Often the result is the selection of a word or phrase, errasure and lost time. The device in its native state offers only rudementry file management and this is application specific. Printing functionality requires either that the user be associated with other apple products that enable WiFi printing or a third party application. Also worth noting is the cumbersome file exchange protocol between PC and IPad. It is unnecessarily complicated. Knowing that cleaner more efficient systems exist on both the PC and MAC, one is left to reason why Apple choose this software design.

I really love the new iPad, I upgraded from the first generation. The most noticible changes were the camera, screen resolution and processor speed. Outside of that...there was nothing "wrong" with the first one. What I'm a bit disappointed about is the Sprint service. I had AT&T with the first one. Although you get more data for your dollar, I have experienced sever instances where I had "no service". I never had that problem with AT&T. What was worse, I went to take it back so that I could change providers...was politely told that I was over my 14 days. I thought I had 30. :( Stinks to be me because now I'm simply STUCK.

I purchase this tablet in order to access work-related material on the road. This version of the iPad does not support many of the applications I need, and the Sprint LTE service was very spotty.

Overall, the iPad does practically anything a computer does and has an awesome display. With a wireless printer, you can print anything out without problems (including concert tickets and mailing labels). The onscreen keyboard works great and I like the way you can open, close and move pages. My advice is to buy the iPad.

Had a Samsung Galaxy tablet and hated it. Got the Apple Ipad and love it. Very easy to setup and use. Love the camera.

The battery life is excellent. I use it all day everyday, and with constant use, by the end of the day it's still at 20% battery life. I didn't like Apple but this is a quality product and I will recommend.

This is my first ipad and absolutely love it. It's nice to sit down and relax in the evening and surf the internet instead of sitting in front of the computer.

I like apple products, they are the best quality build and have a lot of futures that make it easy to use.

I purchased this IPad on a Friday night, had it connected to Sprint, and while driving home I asked my son to look up something. It couldn't connect to the cellular data network. I called Sprint, and was told to call later. When I got home I called, Sprint stated the device was not set up correctly, so we reset it over the phone. On Saturday I used my wi-fi, then on Sunday I went to church and it could connect to the cellular data network. I called Sprint and they wanted to reset it again. I told them we had already done that so she told me to return it to Best Buy and exchange it. I did that on Monday, and went to have them set it up. The lady was very kind and the device said "Can not connect to cellular data network. Keep in mind we started this at 10:15 a.m. and sprint switched the Best Buy rep to about 5 different departments at Sprint, then they transferred her to Apple and she spoke with 2 representatives, then they switched her back to Sprint. By this time it was 12:30 p.m. and I was getting very upset. I returned it and purchased an IPad on the Verizon network. I have had no problems with the new one. I would not get a Sprint one again.

This was a great buy. Purchased the Ipad when they giving a $50 gift card with purchase and BB also did a price match with Sprint which was giving me $100 off the regular price of the Ipad for being a valued customer. The BB associates were very friendly and helpful in helping me pick out my Ipad. I own a laptop, desktop and a android tablet but I love the Ipad

We purchased three iPads for business use and absolutely love them!

I received this as an anniversary gift. Was in stock and ready to go the day we purchased it. The next day I had Sprint add it to my acct, which took all of 5 mins. Easy!

iPads are a great investment whether its for a child or a business. I love mine and wouldn't trade it for anything else.

I enjoy the quality and usefulness of this product.

It took me a long time to drink the Apple Kool-Aid but now that I have I wondered why I was so stubborn.

Would not connect to the Sprint Network a best buy employee tried 2 hours and still would not work. I purchased an I pad on the Verizon network and it worked with no problems.
