Buyer Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Multiple hardware and software issues; one of the major issues is echoing and feedback that callers hear on their end when I use speakerphone, facetime or bluetooth. Apple replaced it once and the replacement has the same issues. Several trips to genius bar and multiple phone conversations with tech support just to find out that the replacement needs to replaced. So this phone is great for pictures, just not for making phone calls! I've saved money for a year to upgrade to iphone 11 and now I am back to using my 6s. Others are having the same issue and more information can be found on apple forums at the link below, however apple doesn't seem to want to address the problem. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250734445?page=1

Ip68 water resistance? Bullpuckey!!!

Immediately starting blurring screen and malfunctioning. Apple REFUSED to honor their warranty saying water damage isn't covered. They advertise their phone's water resistance but do not back it up. In the end I had to pay 400 to fix her phone. I will NEVER buy apple products again.
