I’ve had it a week now & love it. My 1st iPhone, definitely worth the switch. Face ID, cameras, battery life, screen & size are all great. No bloat! Enough customization for me. Overall great device I can see myself having for awhile.

Great phone and love the dual lenses and portrait mode. Still learning some of the features. The swiping motion instead of tapping keys when texting is awesome. I am very happy with the battery life. I upgraded from the 6s to the 11.

Replaced our iphone 7. Added screen size with plenty of upgrades in camera and display. Definitely enjoying the added capabilities without spending $1000 on the Pro. Light weight and fast processing of apps.

I upgraded from a iPhone 6s and I can't believe how awesome this phone is. It is sleek and comfortable and has many options that I did not have with the other phone. I was able to add this to my Sprint account for a free line although I had trouble switching the service at first because boost Mobile is owned by Sprint also so I could not port my number. The sales guy was really great and patient and took almost 3 hours to complete the transaction. I have protected my phone with a screen protector and a rubber case. I'm going to treat this phone much better my old phone had a cracked screen for years I can't believe it took me this long to upgrade. Best buy had a sale on the phone and gave me 18 months to pay.

I've owned Samsung, Lg and a few other less know brands but this is my first iPhone. I don't like Samsung because of all the preloaded apps and the fact that after a year the phones get so slow. The Lg's are very nice, they don't come packed with a ton of apps and they're fast. iPhones seem to be fast and not preloaded with lots of apps. But you can delete some if you don't want them. So far the only thing I don't like is the fact that when I'm listening to Utube I can't close the screen or Utube stops. Android phones don't have this issue. I do like the IOS better then Android, it's faster and easier to use. The menus are direct and to the point. I like the amount of storage the phone has and I love the color.

This phone is great and very accessible. Very easy to use and has very good features only available to this phone and the 11 pros. My battery lasts all day, it’s 4 pm and I’ve used my phone throughout the day since around 7 am and I’m barely at 50%. The night mode is very helpful for dark pictures and the camera quality is amazing. I will say that the front facing camera on apps like Snapchat isn’t the best, but other than that it’s a great phone and much more affordable than the 11 pros.

I haven’t had this phone long enough to give it an in depth review but my initial thoughts are that it’s pretty similar to my iPhone 7 Plus. The phone seems to be a little faster than my iPhone 7. I love the facial recognition feature which basically makes the phone seem to be ready to use as soon as you pick it up. I haven’t had a chance to use the camera much but it takes great pictures as did my iPhone 7 Plus.

A generous upgrade in all areas from iPhone 7. The camera, battery and processor all contribute to this phones value. This was an easy decision once our lease was up, keeping payments very similar.

I love my purchase I’m a life long Samsung user who finally converted over to iPhone. I just feel like after a while of have a Samsung it gets buggy over time and just a headache to have if your a person who keeps your device for a while, maybe in part to the fact that the updates are Sporadic and very carrier to carrier. Due to the fact the iPhone 12 just dropped the 11 was a great buy through Best Buy and all the stuff comes in the box! I love the size and how fluid it is to use with other apps, the phones are just getting too big and I’m a lady with lady hands, I don’t want to whip out a tablet every time I’m using the phone.

The iPhone 11 is an excellent option if you are looking for a reliable and reasonably priced smartphone. The battery life and camera are excellent and the processor is smooth and responsive.

The whole family has these phones. 128 gigs is just right. And we all love the red color .. lol. The screen is just right and the cameras work great. We recommend !

A bit heavier than my old iPhone 6 but easier to read. Camera seems better but I am still learning how to use it. Getting used to swiping up in place of home button.

It was definitely time to upgrade to a new iPhone. So, I purchased the iPhone 11 based on the size. I did not want a big bulky phone so I choose the iPhone 11. I’ve had iPhones in the past so I am familiar with their features and preferred to continue on with another iPhone. I like the crisp pictures that the new camera takes and the speakers seem to be better quality. Plus, I love all of the nice colors that Apple came out with for this model. I picked the purple! I am still learning a little bit more about the newer features but for now I am very pleased with my iPhone 11.

Excellent value. Very snappy response wit the new A13 Bionic chip. Unbelievable camera results vs. my previous iPhone X. Great form factor at 6.1" inch display.

Upgrading from a 6s, the quality you get in performance, size, and battery is phenomenal! It was a gift for Mom, and she’s been stoked ever since.

The screen is bigger than my Xs was. The graphics are nice and colorful. The camera is very clear. It processes pretty fast.

It takes a bit of learning the operation of this phone because it doesn’t have a home button. It has a great camera and a larger screen.

Phone is exactly as advertised. Good battery life, good camera. Very dependable and user friendly with all functions.

I upgrade from an iPhone 6 and I like the camera it’s way better. The sound quality is also great it sounds like your in a movie theater almost when your streaming on sites like Netflix or Disney plus .However the only complaint I have is that there’s no headphone jack so you’d have to either buy wireless earbuds or use the headphones apple provides with the phone. Also if you’re playing certain games like bts superstar etc it’s kinda hard to play without accidentally exiting out of the game

He was just as excited about the color options, selecting red, as he was to getting a better battery, processor, and camera.
