I really like my new Iphone 11. It is not quite as large as the Iphone 8 but the screen itself is the same. But I’m not sure the battery life is better. But I keep the charger nearby so it’s fine with me.

I absolutely love the upgraded iPhone 11. I went to purchase an iPad and then I saw the bigger size iphone 11 and decided that would be a one size fits all. Now I don’t have to carry two devices with me. The iPhone 11 is large enough to watch a movie, light weight, yet fits in my pocket. It’s so much nicer than my iPhone 6s. It’s amazing how long a charge lasts with all the FaceTime I do. It’s so much faster swiping through the apps. I just love it!

Having survived with an iPhone 5 until just recently. Decided we needed to move up to an iPhone 11. Where did we go Best Buy! Not only did we get a grade by, we also got superior help from the employee helping us get it the new phone set up.Wouldn’t have thought of going any other place. Best Buy

Rushad was very pleasant. Not only was he knowledgeable but courteous, kind, and very patient. He took his time with us, focused on us and at the same time kept the process moving forward. We are getting a little older and it makes us feel so good when the younger generation takes the time to explain technology and treat us like a friend instead of an annoyance. We also liked being greeted at the front door. He was ready to direct to the right area of the store.

Picture taking is very clear, can select different sizes. There’s lots of features included. Easy to handle.

Bought this phone for my 13 yr old. Great quality and better price point than the 12. The 11 is a great option especially since it will be phased out at some point.

Most of my friends and relatives own some type of Apple product and they would all sometimes suggest that I’d switch from Android to iPhone. I was very tempted to try an Apple product because everyone would tell me that Apple products have good quality and that it was faster than any Android product. After hearing a lot about these products I asked my parents for an iPhone for my birthday so that I could replace it for my Android that wasn’t working properly at the time. The Apple product that they bought for me was an iPhone 11 in black, when I took it out of the box it looked very clean, was in good condition, and small enough to fit in my pocket. When I turned it on, it was working quite nicely and it was also much faster than my old phone. After using the iPhone for about a couple of months, I was able to find the pros and cons of the product which made me realize that not everything that my friends and family have told me about the iPhone was true. The main strengths of the product are the quality and battery life. When I watch videos on Youtube or movies on Netflix on my iPhone, I’m able to see more clearly and witness more things compared to when I had an Android. Everything is shown in better quality, which makes the things that I watch stand out more. Not to mention the sound quality of the iPhone 11 is very good and isn’t muffled or static. I’m able to hear and listen to music pretty well no matter what I set the volume too because of how clear the sound is. As much as I like the quality of the iPhone, I also enjoy the battery life it has. With this phone, I could watch up to 17 hours of a video within one single charge. Not only that, but it also charges faster than any previous iPhone product. Every time I charged it I would get a lot of battery within a couple of minutes which saved me some time for when I needed to do something specifically on my phone. I am amazed at how good the quality and battery life the iPhone 11 has because it allowed me to gain a better experience with an Apple product and I have to say that it was a major improvement from my last phone. The main weaknesses of the product are limited storage and malfunctions from time to time. The storage starts at 64GB but the maximum is 256GB. At times when I try to download or update an app on my phone, it tells me that I’ve run out of storage and that I need to buy more. Another example of limited storage would be when I try to take pictures because every time I take one it also tells me to get more storage and it gets annoying after a while. I believe that it’s not as bad as the malfunctions it can have out of nowhere. Whenever I try to open an app my iPhone tends to either freeze or close the app all together. When that occurs I have to restart my phone in order to unfreeze the screen. There have also been times where I don’t receive any messages that are sent to me which I either receive later in the day or the next day. The malfunctions are something that I think should be looked into because it prevents me from seeing something important. These weaknesses have been irritating to deal with because it kinda limits the access I have while using the phone. Not only that, but it also prevents me from getting important information as well. Despite all the pros and cons that I’ve stated about the iPhone 11, I do believe that it’s a very good product. There are some aspects that I think need improvement, especially the malfunctions, but other than that it’s manageable. The iPhone 11 is faster, has good quality, and battery life. If I was asked to recommend a phone I’d say the iPhone 11 because of how well it works most of the time. The bottom line is that this product for me would be a thumbs up rather than a thumbs down. The final grade I’d give this product would be a -A because it is a great value for consumers since it runs fast and allows you to access a lot of features such as apps, the internet, music, and more.
