I like the new iPhone 11 but wish it was a bit smaller so I could reach the entire screen with one hand. Other than that, the phone is great.

Had some issues come up with connecting to Bluetooth and making outgoing calls but seem to have worked it out after a few different resets

Went from a flip to this so I'm suffering from tech shock. It can do most anything and more than I need but its fun. It can make calls too.

Got new I-Phone all data was transferred and functions verified at time of purchase. All our questions were addressed and resolved.

I am ok with phone but not the price match policy on it I could have saved 25 more dollars. If best buy would have honored it

Everything works well ! Only issue I’m having is getting it to stay connected to my vehicle but that might just be the cable

solid case. survived lots of drops already. workhorse, lightweight and good looking. would definitely recommend.

back from samsung. like the new phone, messageing is easier and applecar is much nicer and easier on the eye when driving.

Phone was for my husband - it is good but he is still learning all the new features that he is not used to having.

I have a complete Apple ego system making it so simple for all my devices to connect...meeting my networking needs.

Great phone, great team member helping us. Only drawback is the time that it took to transfer information from old phone to new.

Wonderful new phone.... I hate the way apple down grades /slows their products with updates. That is criminal in my opinion.

Had to buy this to replace my iPhone X as it smoked on me. Works well but doesn't look at rich as iPhone X

I purchased this new iPhone 11 for a surprise Christmas gift for my daughter. I specifically did not have 5he phone activated for that purpose. As soon as I bought the phone my daughter received a message thanking her for her new purchase of the iPhone 11. This has ruined My surprise and Christmas for me. I believe something should be done. have no issue with the phone. The phone is great, it was the service getting the phone that needs improvement.

I was in need of a phone after mine unexpectedly stopped working. I haven't had an iphone since the iphone 4. I just had a hard time going back to an iphone because of the physical home button not be available and having to use the face id for everything. I deliver mail, so I couldn't keep looking at my phone to get alerts and messages. I only had the phone for a week.

My daughter wanted a new phone for Christmas. She was using the 6S, so this was quite an upgrade. So far she is very happy

I will need more time to familiarize myself with my new Apple 11 I-phone. For years I had an Android phone..

Awesome phone. I would recommend to anyone who needs a new phone.

So far its an ok phone. Notifications of texts suck. Battery life isn't the best, however still ok
