Been fighting with bestbuy and Verizon since December, because what I’m supposed to be paying for the phone and what I’m actually paying is different and bestbuy says it’s Verizon issue and Verizon says it’s Best Buy’s issue

Too much technology to all be put into a phone !!!

Have had an iphone (multiple models) for over 10 years - this phone has functionality issues - primarily not connecting with bluetooth and the visual voicemail function not working. I would not buy from best buy. If you are buying an iphone , its best to do it from the apple store. I have been to best buy twice to either return of correct and they cant do anything. So either the 11 is a significant downgrade over my prior phone or the phone I have is a lemon and best buy will not do anything to help.

Long wait for store pickup, 2 hours to get phone activated and it still wasn't properly set up. Employees justified long waits by saying it was the holidays. Apparently Best buy was aware they needed more than two cashiers during holiday shopping.

I love my new phone, but it developed a shadow over the bottom quadrant. The screen had to be replaced. Seems to be working fine now, but an inconvenience to have to have it repaired within the first 30 days of purchase.

have been having trouble with phone since we bought it had to call verion 3 times for tech support. It took the gentleman that sold us the phone at best 4 hours to to change cloud info from the old phone to new.

Setting alarms, and having phone call ring is useless because ringing stops too soon, or becomes so soft it can no longer be heard. My iPhone 11 plus replaced iPhone 7 plus. Earlier phone camera allowed 10X magnification, which I used frequently. Camera in iPhone 11 plus only zooms to 5X magnification. Was not aware of this when I purchased iPhone 11 plus. There is a glitch in the software - when you click to quickly open Kindle, the phone opens any weather app installed on the phone instead of Kindle. When I use Waze app for travel, the app cannot be turned off. I have to turn the phone off to disengage Waze.

Not 100% pleased with my iPhone 11. The alerts for text messages and iMessenger does not work but about 25% of the time if that much. Paid way too much for a phone that I now have to take back and exchange.

Love the color. Needs to work out tech Issues. Hope the battery lasts

I would recommend but make sure you get a protection plan, as I bought two of these outright and after a month the phone locked up and would not function. Best Buy would not support and Apple sent a new phone but had to pay a large deposit for the cost of a new phone until it was determined it was a corrupt install of the operating system. But then I still had to pay $40 for a diagnostic fee for something that wasn’t my fault!! Then had to hope Apple removed all my info on the phone as I could not even get into the phone to clear anything out or reset it.
