There is a problem with the volume, the sound is low and staticky even at the max volume it’s hard to hear. I’m unsure if this is a problem with my phone or if this is a trait of the iPhone 11.

I liked past Iphones way better than this one. Also it is too big. There have also been a lot of sound issues when on a phone call that started like a month after getting the phone.

I own an iPhone 6 prior to the purchase of this phone and to compare the two I like the iPhone 6 better. I was surprise when I purchase this phone that the quality wasn't as good .

The fact that the phone is 18W capable but only comes with the 5W brick upsets me... not only that the charging cable itself was broken when I got it! And they refused to fix it

Loved the phone until it started glitching on me so I decided to return it and upgrade to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and am so much happier I made that decision so worth it

Should have spent more and got a better iPhone. Hasn’t held up at all. Speaker doesn’t work right anymore.

Not happy with the size of the phone. Perfect for a women to keep in her purse but too big for a man to keep in his pants or shirt pocket

Nice phone but the camera died two months after purchasing this I then had to go to Verizon and ended up getting a refurb. I feel like I lost out with this deal

I got a certain sign and I didn’t get it all on my plan and the plan was more then what I signed up for not including the actual activation fee.

The phone was not functional. I purchased it for my friend. When the BB phone tech inserted the SIM card the phone couldn’t recognize it. 3 hours later, after phone tech has tried the same thing over and over; called Verizon, waited 30 minutes on hold, then tried the same things all over again, they finally decided the phone was broken. There was not another phone in stock. I upgraded to a iPhone 12. The tech was in such a hurry to get it all over that he put the phone on my Apple account using my Apple idea. He said it wouldn’t matter & we wouldn’t even notice. What a mess that made & getting it straightened out is a big mess too. So not happy.

Low quality phone. Only thing good about it is IOS software.

Phone has static when ringing. The rings in car with Bluetooth and rings on phone at same time.

Ok but terrible for beginners and mature buyers. Also very expensive with only a few more features beyond IPhone 6 that I replaced

Quite a few bugs with iPhone 11 & Fort Collins Bedt Buy where we bought it had non- existent customers service

The case does provide extra protection if you drop your phone. However, I didn't like the feel and decided to return it.

im getting used to my i phone 11 never had one before , always had a gallaxy , it is an adjustment

Purchased for teenage girl. Shattered screen at first drop. So much for gorilla glass. Cheap made in china.

had to return the original tv due to distortions in the screen. not BB's fault, but a nuisance nonetheless.
