Love iPhones but the battery life on this one sucks

Ok took awhile for sales clerk to get into system.

The iPhone 11 quit working 27 days after purchase. We were told the Geek Squad would fix it by a Best Buy employee at the store. We called to make an appointment and the Geek Squad told us they do not fix them after 14 days. She had no idea why the employee sent us to them. When the receipt was printed for us from the employee, the amount listed was $300 less than the amount we paid. He could not explain why the receipt did not match our credit card records of the charge from Beat Buy.

The transfer from the old phone never showed complete. Mail only loads when prompted regardless of the setting made. Currently all new contacts saved do not appear in the contact list. Looking for fixes now for these issues

This purchase was to replace IPhone 6 for being an 11 very little was an upgrade. Also more difficult to use for mature user. The sales person was not very helpful in teaching how to use this purchase

The phone has had problems since I purchased. My initial return to the store within a few weeks was met with it needs to be updated. It was updated, restored... and it still is a piece of crap. I would have taken to Apple but they have been closed during the pandemic, unless you are purchasing then, reportedly, they will bring it to you outside.

I should not even get charged a restocking fee. The phone would not activate when I got it. That’s the reason why I had to send it back. That’s mess up. I’m not happy. I’m done getting stuff on Best Buy.

1. Phone Call ringer and alarm ringer cut waaayyyyyy back in volume or stop ringing after only a few seconds. Both ringers are useless. Unanswered phone call should ring at set volume level for one minute. Alarm ringer should ring at set volume level for fifteen minutes. 2. Quick shortcut to open Kindle reader opens up a different app. Quick shortcut is useless. Can only open up Kindle reader from its own app icon.

The worst experience ever Curbside was over an hour and half and then have to leave the car and make another hour line to go inside and inside nobody could find my order I end up deleting y order and purchasing the phone. with the best buy card because I was afraid I got charged twice for an order I never pickup. I'll never order curbside delivery the worst experience ever.

I spent hours trying to get all my data entered. It was a nightmare. You shouldn’t sell NEW PHONES with OLD OP systems

I ordered 2 iphone 11s on cyber Monday when many companies offered an excellent discount. Phones were not available and I received messages that they were on backorder. The next day I received an email that my order would be cancelled if not fulfilled by Jan 3. Two days later I received an email that my order was cancelled. I lost out

I wish I kept my IPhone 8. I have had problems with this phone since I got it. Now I can't connect to WiFi. The WiFi is working fine on all the other devices in the house. Very disappointed.

The phone is fine. Don't believe the price best buy states will be your monthly payment. It is not true. Even if you follow all the terms (new phone line...etc). Will not get another phone from Best Buy.

The item came not working. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my daughter and because it was opened on Christmas day, 2 days pass the return/exchange period im told there's nothing that can be done and I'm now stuck paying off for a non working phone.

Not too bad, not much different from the iPhone XR

Hard to use, volume level to low, hate volume button..

Verizon rep told me that all of my pictures were on the cloud and would appear when I turned on the new phone. He was wrong and as a result I lost valuable memories that I cannot get back. I should never recommend Best Buy for a place to buy a phone.

Got a fancy new phone that doesn’t work. This is a business line and I’m told I have to wait 2 business days for the system to process. I’ve spent 6 hours today touring to get my phone working and I’m defeated.

Same phone as every model before it. It's time for some changes with apple and their flagship phone

My iPhone 10 was far superior to this I phone 11. May I trade it in for iPhone 10 without any charge?!?
