    Absolutely in love with this phone!! I traded in my iPhone X (which I was hesitant about doing since it was so similar) & I am so glad I did. The purple is such a beautiful color & I love the size of the 11. Battery life is excellent. I don’t notice not having the OLED screen like I thought I would. The price for the phone is on point as well. Camera is exceptional considering the price.

    I got this for my daughter for christmas and it came without a sim card so my daughter was upset all day- I will never but from best buy again

    Definitely not happy! Volume control difficult. Bell shuts off too easily. AND it gets hot.

    The screen is terrible. It is easily scratched. The phone wasn't dropped or anything and there are now 2 scratches on the screen.
