Multiple hardware and software issues; one of the major issues is echoing and feedback that callers hear on their end when I use speakerphone, facetime or bluetooth. Apple replaced it once and the replacement has the same issues. Several trips to genius bar and multiple phone conversations with tech support just to find out that the replacement needs to replaced. So this phone is great for pictures, just not for making phone calls! I've saved money for a year to upgrade to iphone 11 and now I am back to using my 6s. Daughter had her iPhone 11 in bathroom where it got splashed with water. Immediately starting blurring screen and malfunctioning. Apple REFUSED to honor their warranty saying water damage isn't covered. They advertise their phone's water resistance but do not back it up. In the end I had to pay 400 to fix her phone. I will NEVER buy apple products again.

this is the worst phone that i have ever seen, while you are talking you cant work with the phoe and screen is getting black and is not turning on at all.

i want 11 cameras on my phone like why add 1 more when its called 11 like pls we all know 1 + 1 = 12 so add 11 cameras whenes the iphone 69 with a free p6rnhub subscription . apple is too poor to get us 11 cameras

had it for 4 months and it's useless. can't swipe up to open, couldn't do factory reset, can't access anything. huge waste of money.
