This phone took a bit of getting use to. I can’t say it is my favorite, but it does take much better pictures.

Larger than my last phone - feels very cumbersome and doesn’t fit in my pockets - good camera tho

This is the eighth iPhone I have owned and it is my favorite. I love that it has many colors to choose from and the yellow is bright and cheery. It has so many fun and practical features and Apple has Good tech support in helping me learn to use all of the features.

It is painful how expensive iPhones are getting, but it is a good product. So far performing as expected, no problems.

Bought a new iphone for my daughter & she could not have been any happier. Well we should know that MOM doesnt always mean exactly that word. It also means “Made Of Money” hahaha. The holidays are always the best time to purchase & it was time for an upgrade. She loved it

I was surprised to find a better deal from Best Buy than from my provider for my upgrade from iPhone 6 to iPhone 11. I am loving the upgrade! It was an easy transition. No more error messages telling me to manage my storage before I can take a picture or update my apps.

Love my phone. The transfer of information by Best Buy didn’t happen totally correctly. I had to call Apple 4 times total to get it correctly fixed. Overall I’m happy but it was not without great difficulty. I will go directly to Apple next time.

Pretty decent phone. Fast and isn’t too big or bulky. Not really any new changes other than better battery life.

The Best Buy sales person, Vincent, was fantastic! He set up the new phone, put on a screen protector, deleted the old phone, and made everything seamless! Explained everything thoroughly. I love the phone-a big change from my IPhone 6 plus!

The staff was easy to work with this boomer. First bought gift cards in the correct amount then came with my wife On 11/14/19 to let her pick the color and it was already paid for. I appreciated all the explanation. I alway buy my phones from Best Buy with confidence.

Good phone. This is my first iphone without a home button which has been hard to adjust to.

the display on the iPhone 11 looks amazing. The iPhone 11 take really good pictures as well.

phone is heavy for its size. i'm going from an android to this apple and the learning curve is lengthy.

Definitely would recommend, not as good battery life as expected but it does last about a day. Great size too

Great phone but store didn’t honor 50.00 gift aft with purchase and when called 888 number I was transferred to six different people and on the phone for over three hours for them to tell me only the store could handle but the store won’t answer phone.

Great phone with a great camera. Worth the couple dollars extra a month to get it rather than getting the XR.

I've had this phone for a while now and it's still functioning very well. Got tons of apps and Apple music loaded on here and get plenty of use out of it everyday!
