    reviewed monthly recurring charges and selected / told that would be $60.00 per month times 2 Apple cell phones 11 64GB Black (AT&T) to equal $120.00 per month. Received bill and being charged $70.00 x 2 = $140.00 per month. WHAT WENT WRONG?

    We were told the monthly price was for 24 month then the bill came it is for 36 months. The phone was not setup properly and we had to go to Apple to finish the setup

    If. Had to buy again, I’d choose another one. Nothing but issues and I purchased everything there is for protection but if it’s part 14 days…your SOL!

    The person who helped me was on the phone, talking to someone during the transition. She said she needed to use the restroom while the data was downloading. When we thought the phone had downloaded, I noticed it was my son’s profile and not mine. She said that she did it right and left the store. I had to spend 2 hours at the AT&T getting my profile on my new iPhone.

    This IPhone is great! Does everything it's supposed to do and without any problems so far. Very happy with it. And Best Buy had the best price on it! YAY. :)
