I had IPhone 8 and this one is wider and hard to hold. I miss the home button and it is hard to get it to come alive! I’m going to love it but not right away! Employees helpful at Best Buy

The touchscreen has frozen multiple times and I was not able to restart it and just had to just sit there and wait for it to eventually unfreeze.
