Great phone. No problem with it; everything transferred over.

It’s new and exciting to have a new phone. I have more confidence that I won’t blow up the phone and mess it up as I journey through a new phone. The Best Buy sales person stayed past his time to go home as we purchased 2 new cell phones.

This phone was purchased for my mother's use. She has used an iPad for years, so it made sense for mom to upgrade to an iPhone. We decided to purchase the iPhone 11. She has enjoyed learning and using the features on her new phone. It has been an easy transition. Glad she finally has an iPhone.

Sean was awesome! Very patient and knowledgeable. Also, great teacher. I really had little to discuss with Geek Squad. Sean taught me the differences between IPhone 7 and IPhone 11. Am very happy with the 11 and continue to learn more.

Love the swipe up instead of Home button. However, since camera icon is on the screen next to swipe line, I often swipe but if it’s off- center, I accidentally open camera. So, quite sensitive.

The guy waiting on me was exceptional. Friendly and personable, he was also professional and knew what he was doing. He also explained things and answered all my questions.

Purchased for my Father-in-law to replace his aging iPhone 6s. Transfer was seamless and he is very happy with the 11.

It is clean and easy to use. Not having a button on the bottom is different but I still really like this phone!

Upgraded from an iPhone 8. There's a bit of a learning curve with the 11, but it's not horrible. Value with the iPhone's are always the issue for me. I'll use it long enough to get my money's worth.
