Upgraded from an iPhone 7s to the iPhone 11. I have had my iPhone 11 for a month and there are no regrets. It was half the price of an iPhone 13 (which is what my wife purchased). My iPhone 11 takes great pictures, has great battery life and the sound quality is also great. The screen size is just right for me. I have no problems with signal strength (when comparing to my old phone) or dropped calls, which are big things to me since I live in a marginal area. I keep my iPhones for 3+ years and see no reason at the moment why this iPhone will not keep me happy for that long.

Even faster speed, improved battery life. The iPhone 11's cameras get an excellent new Night Mode and an ultrawide-angle camera that can add extra detail in photos. Fantastic video camera.

I have been using iphones and this 11 is a wonderful update for me. Still learning about some of the changes but all in all I have all that I need the features I like. The camera is wonderful with quality and have had fun using the video part the phone offered help with camera which is cool but noticed you don't hear what is being recorded and when you play it you have to take the mute off pretty cool so you don't hear extra noise while recording but hear after when you play. The home button is gone gives more viewing and the larger screen is awesome. Very happy with my new iphone 11.

Love this phone. As I have loved all the Apple phones I have owned. I always try to get my phones at Best Buy. They’re much more helpful than Verizon

All good so far. Nice upgrade over my last iPhone which was old (6). The camera is much improved and I chose double the storage as previous phone. And the new battery lasts a long time (as expected).

Having owned a Galaxy since high school, I was hesitant to switch to Apple. Since I have purchased my iPhone 11 two weeks ago for a great price of $449, I am more than happy with my decision! As the owner of Traveling by Ashtin, my iPhone has greatly helped me when researching vacation packages for my clients traveling to Jamaica, Las Vegas, and SeaWorld. Siri is truly a life saver! She makes call, tells me the date, weather, and takes great pictures! Texting is very convenient in group messages with friends because I can directly reply to a friends messages, and the emojis are great.

Not bad. Fast when you first have it and starts slowing after a few years.

Love this phone. Takes great pictures, battery life is much better than when my iPhone 6 was new! Response time is also a big improvement. Very happy!

I love this new phone. All of my friends have an iPhone, so its really nice that I can video chat and talk with them. The camera is really clear, and the overall usability is very good.

This phone works very well. I upgraded from an iPhone 8, so the differences for me are vast. Faster processing, better camera. I’ve especially loved Apple Pay.

In all the years we have shopped at Best Buy we have never had a complaint. We keep coming back to check out deals and end up buying from Best Buy again.

My husbands old iPhone died on vacation. Went to Best Buy and got a new iPhone 11. Nice size, great camera. He is enjoying learning all the new features.

Bought this phone for our daughter and she has put it to great use at school. Screen is large and clear enough that she rarely needs to use the school laptops. She also has become proficient with OS functions to keep us parents on track.
