I Got This Phone The Same Day My Sim Card Got Locked Which I Picked A 4 Digit Pin Entered It & It Said It Was Wrong I Came In Store The Day After Been Sitting 2 Hours When A Best Buy Team Member Helped Me ( Dom ) And Was On Phone With Verizon & Never Got Any Help Still . I Had Phone For A Week & My Phone Isn’t Activated Like It Was Suppose To Be I Only Can Use My Phone With WiFi , Best Buy Sent Me A Email Saying My AppointMent Got Canceled I Need Some Type Of Help .

Unfortunately, I had to walk out the door after purchasing the iPhone b/c I didn’t get any training.

I have an iPhone 11, so my husband upgraded to the same phone… iPhone 11. I can’t plug his new one in. It has a different plug?? Why is this?

Phone worked for 10 days. Had to make another trip to Best Buy to replace the touch screen. Ridiculous!!
