I didn't want to replace my iPhone X, but I wrecked it. I didn't want to spend this much money on a phone, but neither did I want to give up features I had on my X nor to have a larger, un-pocketable phone. Apple left me with really no choice but to splurge on this. I did my research and felt good about the phone I was getting based on the expert reviews. I can't compete with them in terms of thoroughness or technicality, so I will focus here on the pleasant surprises. I'm not the person who joneses for the newest phone. When I finally have to get one, I'm usually disappointed: I have less money and more or less the same thing in my pocket. This is the first phone to break this cycle of disappointment, despite this being the first time I didn't skip 2 or 3 generations of phones. Why? Principally for two reasons: First, the camera is the best I've ever had. I loved the 2x (non-digital) noon on my X. I still have it and have added the .5 wide angle shot, which is simply incredible. Group selfies are now possible, as are shots in close quarters. Performance at night and in low light is fantastic. I've been told for years that I was getting a much better camera, and I finally did. The second is admittedly superficial, but I love the midnight green. I admire this phone as I have a new car, something I've never done before. Is the 11 Pro faster than my X? Marginally, sure. But I would not have upgraded had I not needed to. If you're contemplating an optional upgrade from a X, I'd argue against it unless money is no object. But if you have the need and/or the money, this a very good, remorse-free phone.

We just upgraded from the iPhone 7 and we very much like the new iPhone 11 Pro. Getting used to the lack of a home button is the new norm from Apple, which isn’t as big of a deal as I was anticipating. While the phone is not much bigger than the 7, the screen seems huge because of it going all the way to the top and bottom. Adding the swipe to text in place of being able to move the cursor around with the keyboard is a huge minus with the new IOS in my opinion. I have never cared for swipe texting, so this is a really bad trade for me personally. This phone is very much up to Apples standards. The camera is excellent and the battery life lasts me about two days depending on how heavily I use it. All in all, the phone itself is a home run.

This phone is awesome. It is lightening fast and takes incredible pictures. The low light feature on the camera works great and the ability to zoom in more without making the pictures grainy (with the telephoto lens) is super cool. Having transitioned to this phone from the iPhone 8, I am getting used to not having an actual button as the home button, but once you do it a couple of times, clearing screens, unlocking the phone, etc. is easy. As a sports mom, the camera is what drew me to this phone and I am not disappointed. I can't speak to how it is rates compared to the iPhone X or similar models, but compared to the 8 it is miles ahead.

So far so good. I am a first time iPhone owner after having android since the very first G1. Don’t get me wrong, I have bought plenty of apple devices including; iPhones, iPads, watch, pods, etc, for my wife and kid, but this is the first device that I am using one personally. My last phone was the pixel 3xl, which I really liked but it wasn’t anything amazing. You see my whole setup at the house is all google based; nvidia shield, assistants, nest, etc, so it’s just convenient to have my phone android as well. Well, I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro because I broke the pixel and reading the reviews for the pixel 4 and getting my hands on one really made me feel like it just wasn’t worth it. So iPhone 11 Pro, it’s a really good phone, doesn’t suffer from a lot of the inconsistencies of android, and the camera is obviously the best on the market, but, my old pixel 3 xl seemed faster when it was at its best, it doesn’t have that smoothing animation as you scroll, or open things( it really bothers me), also I feel like iOS is very constricting, android just makes it easier to get more out of the phone. Yes, there is a learning curve, and yes there is always somewhat of a solution to something that android has that I want done on iOS, but you have to click on too many things to make it happen. iOS is great for the consumer that wants basic stuff and cute little things and games you can send and play with ur friends, and stability. That’s not what I use my phone for and honestly I love tinkering, and customization. On top of that Siri is nowhere near what Google assistant is and that’s a big thing for me. So, I will continue to use the pro because it is the best thing out on the market, but I’ll wait til google makes a proper phone that I can truly love. One more thing, I hate tizen, so don’t get me started on Samsung phones ( all their other electronics are great).

I recently upgraded from my iPhone 7 to the 11 pro. It was a hard change in terms of the heaviness of the phone, but what it offers is worth the extra size. I am not a heavy cell phone user, but do use it regularly for work and life and before on my 7 was getting about 16 hours on a full charge after owning for 3 years. With the 11 I get almost 3 full days! The quick charger that comes with it charges the phone in about 30 mins and the camera is incredible. The wide angle is alright, not my thing, but the lowlight camera is unbeatable. Phone is fast and call quality is great!

Battery life is great goes all day without charging screen much nicer than the 6 I had camera is a nice improvement and easy to use

I was replacing an old iPhone 6 that went dead. I had a recent backup and the transfer of all of that information to the new iPhone 11 was seamless and easy, taking about 20-30 minutes. Apple Watch and iPad sync was easy too. The phone is a good size and the fast processor makes activities zip along. Apple's walled app garden and security-minded details give great peace of mind. The caneras take great pictures, and touch up after is easy on the phone.

I was feeling guilty at first about not waiting for the pixel 4 but the more I used it the more that feeling. Went away. Battery life is awesome. It’s fast (though I do somewhat miss a home button) and the screen is great. iMessage is nice to have and the cameras are great and on par with the current pixel if not better since it has the ultra wide AND the telephoto lense. The phone also just feels nice in the hand though it should for 1k. It’s a bit expensive but it is what it is I guess.

Switched from an old iPhone 6 to this. Only had an iPhone as a temporary fix when I broke my android- so I wasn’t married to the brand. New phone is great. I throw a good bit on it with multi profiles for Office/ home/ second office. Got it for the processor- and it’s easy compatibility with my work programs. The things I don’t love: updated facial recognition still needs work- I know I look bad in the mornings but it’s kind of insulting that my phone pretends not to know me in the mornings. The lack of clicky doodad that the six had to click through was hard to get over. Somehow, it likes to unlock and open wallet in my back pocket- I’m not buying what it’s selling in that regard. Still learning it- but I am OBSESSED with the smaller device. Girl pants do not come equipped to handle half- tablet phones.

I was encouraged to upgrade by my wife even though I was considering sitting this one out. I had an iPhone X and didn't see a whole lot of reason to make the change. Other than the difference in cameras, there isn't a lot of visual differences between the phones. However, I have found that the iPhone 11 Pro is much faster with the Face ID and general operation. It was a worthwhile upgrade. I like the availability of more colors as well.

The iPhone 11 Pro is awesome. It is fast, and the camera is the BEST!! The screen is beautiful, and iPhone is always easy to use. The battery is great. I take it off the charger at 5 in the morning and when I get home from work at 7 in the evening it is at 67%, You really can't go wrong. Camera takes awesome pics, the night-mode is great, and the wide angle is great. I really have nothing bad to say about this phone.

I just loved ordering through Best Buy! After countless hours researching the pros and cons of the iPhone 11 and 12 series, we determined the iPhone 11 Pro, had the best user reviews with incredible camera options, longest battery life and the best tech reviews! Next, was finding the best prices and had concluded that they were priced the same everywhere I looked. And many sites had limited color options. Then I checked Best Buy! We don’t have a store near us, but got on their website and not only did they offer the best price, they had all the colors to choose from! As an added bonus, they included Apple Music for 6 months free, PLUS Apple News for 6 months free! I placed my order in a user friendly ordering site. The phones connected my purchase with my carrier and sent them notifications! I needed only to check the change in price per month with my existing plan! I’m super happy with the quick turnaround in getting our phones within 3 days! Thank you Best Buy! You gave me what I was looking for and more! I highly recommend the iPhone 11 Pro and the awesome purchasing experience at Best Buy! Now I get to enjoy unlimited Apple Music too! Next time I need something, I’m trying Best Buy first! They live up to their name!

Disclaimer - this was my first iPhone though I've had Macs and IPads. The phone is fast, takes good pictures and is powerful enough to run multiple apps at a time. The display is fantastic, showing really good color and the battery lasts long enough for a full day. The bad, the phone did stall randomly without apparent reasons, my connection would decrease without moving and calls would drop both at home and town. Certain people would receive my messages and others wouldn't yet none of the other phones in the family had any issues. I'm sure if you like iPhones you will enjoy it, I went back to Samsung and am much happier without any of those issues.

I typically do not chase technology. I had an iPhone6S, but it was slow and the battery life was short so I decided to upgrade to the 11Pro for the overall size and camera. The processing speed is great. The battery life is awesome. For how I use the phone, I find myself charging it every few days. I haven't quite gotten use to the elimination of the home button, but working on it. Also, the camera seems to have a great deal of capability, but I haven't used it for any breathtaking photos yet. I am looking watching tutorials on line. Also, I have trouble using the side button to shut the phone down. It may be the phone case, but it tends to trigger Sure when I actually want to shut it down.

Recently upgraded to this phone and have been pretty happy with it. I like the low light camera, and zoom capability. It is better battery life for normal use compared to what I experienced with the XS, also happy with the green color option! The conversion process from my old phone was pretty good as well, simpler than the last one I did. Definitely a little pricey though.

I LOVE my new iPhone 11Pro!! The battery life is refreshingly long, and the camera is exceptional!! It is truly amazing how minimal the actual size difference is from my iPhone 6s--and how much larger the screen/display is!! some of the commands take some getting used to (swiping, etc) but now it is second nature. Take the plunge and upgrade!! You won't regret it!!

Works great, perfect size for small and large hands. no home button , pictures are professional quality, Face ID works great. Got the gold version because green was out of stock. I like Apple phone because they link up to my desktop and laptop Apple computers for easy transferring of data and photos.

So iPhone 12 will apparently be 6.1" and that is probably the sweet spot. I tried the iPhone 11 before the Pro and it was a good size phone and the screen was the perfect size (between smaller and huge with the Max). I previously had a max and enjoyed it but it was too much overtime and when the iPhone 11 got heavier it was too heavy to carry all over so I went with the smaller Pro. Overall its a good phone. The screen is excellent and the speed is top of the line. The camera is also great. I hope the 6.1 pro does come to be but this is a fine phone, if not a bit pricey.

Apple - iPhone 11 Pro 256GB - Space Gray (Verizon) is great for her because she can actually hear people with this iPhone 11 Pro and she love the picture quality and it plays the games she likes great without freezing up and the battery life is way better the iPhone 8 plus we had before. so its A+

I have no complaints about this phone. I recently upgraded from the iPhone 6, so I was WAY behind! The battery is amazing, I can usually go 3 days before charging. Everything else is super fast and easy to use. Chose the green color for a little something different and I love it.
