Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the iPhone 11 Pro 64GB's outstanding camera quality and impressive battery life. Many appreciate its ease of use and the sleek design, although some find the price to be high. The lack of a home button and the phone's weight were also mentioned as potential drawbacks by a few users. Overall, positive feedback on the camera and battery life outweighs the negative comments.

I upgraded from the iPhone 8 and was surprised to find that the lack of home button was actually a lot more comfortable and easier to use then clicking the button. The lack of bezels is great, as there is more screen room, and the camera is amazing. I really enjoy this phone.

The iphones just keep getting better. I went from an XS max to this one for the sake of dropping my phone on my face too much but this one is faster and takes way better pictures. better battery life and screen quality.

Takes great pictures. Like all iphones I have had, this phone has been great. It is fast and allows me not just to do quick searches, but to stream video. Has lots of storage for pictures.

    Modest Upgrade

I went from an iPhone X to the 11 Pro. Not much of an upgrade, but the battery is a huge upgrade and could get me a day and a half to two days with modest use or a full day with heavy use. The camera is terrific. Using it for social media, emails, etc. feels the exact same as my old phone. The only reason I upgraded was to have the best possible camera that would always be right in my pocket. If you have an X or Xs, there is not much reason to upgrade aside from the battery and camera and to be completely honest, you're better off holding onto your phone for another year if you don't feel extremely strongly about those two features. The X and up has a solid battery and a great camera. The 11 was never a consideration for me as I think it's still a downgrade from the X/s.

Love my new phone. I traded in my 11 pro max because it was just a little too big for my petite hands. The 11 pro is just the perfect size for my hands as with the pro max I needed to use both hands just to text. With the 11 pro all I need is one hand to text, make a phone call, surf the internet, etc. I would recommend this phone to anyone looking for a decent size phone. I could’ve gotten the new iPhone 12 with 5g but I chose the 11 pro model because I’m not into the 5g yet and the 11 pro models went down in price as it is now $1049.99 for the 256gb.

Great once up and running. Had a rough start as i broke screen withing 24 hours of receiving phone. Went to one of the screen repair places and they quoted me $450.00 to replace screen! used insurance thru Verizon and got a new one i think for $150 deductible. Once i tried to download saved/transfer profile from iTunes i was reminded of why i left apple in the first place. Not intuitive, very little directions and it took over 12 hours to transfer from PC to new phone. phone to phone option was useless. Not all things transferred either, anyway that's an apple thing I guess. Now its all working and i'm steadily adding apps i need and no issues. Camera is better then Samsung s10 i had previously, and size is just right, smaller then iPhone 6. I also like the waterproof advantage as I've lost a few phone to the toilet, bathtub etc in past.

Apple knocked this out of the ballpark without any issues. So fast, love the new C charger that charges so quickly. Battery lasts forever. Amazing camera. Perfect phone. Don’t even know what they would add.

It’s faster than the older models and the battery lasts a lot longer. I’ve not used the night time mode yet so I can’t comment on that. I like that it’s smaller but the screen is the same size as the 8 plus.

This is my wife's iPhone. The two are almost inseparable. She lost the phone she had before this one- iPhone 8+. She wanted this color and of course no had it and couldn't get it. but Best But rep said he would see if he could find one and HE DID! It took about a week for it to come in to the store. This iphone has been very good, reliable and works where the other one couldn't. It was a BIG learning curve from her other phone as it was much advanced over the other one. She keeps adding things to it as she likes the verbal alerts it has. The positive far exceeds the negative on this iPhone.

Love the camera with the three options. Can still use headphones up and down button on the cord to take pictures. Great image quality. The commands are quite different from my old iPhone 7 so be sure to get a quick tutorial about how to open and close apps and how to turn phone on and off. As with all new products there is a slight learning curve and, of course, it comes with all apps open. Need to turn them off for tracking privacy and to save battery.Even so, much better battery life than the 7, plus it comes with a quick-charge attachment. Very convenient. Sooo glad that the shut-off button is no longer directly across from volume down button, which bugged me on my iPhone 7.

I have had the iPhone 11 Pro for over a year now and it’s worth every penny. It’s a huge upgrade over my iPhone 6. It’s much faster and the OLED screen makes a massive difference. Videos pop more and are more colorful and vibrant. I still have my old phones and when I hold them now they feel so small. The camera on this phone is amazing. The photos are sharper and more accurate. The build quality is very good too. The phone feels solid but I would still recommend getting a case abs screen protector for extra protection. I didn’t want to take any chances after paying full price for this phone.

    1. I ordered online and picked up in store and the staff was excellent in getting my order to me. Also, I appreciated the social distancing measures the store had in place and how well the staff was following them. 2. The phone itself is excellent. My battery lasts all day. (Even the day I accidentally didn’t connect to the WiFi at work and it was searching all day), the camera takes beautiful pictures, and the screen quality is great. Those were the main things I was looking for when I was researching a new phone and this phone sure has delivered so far. I’m enjoying it immensely.

Great build quality (steel vs plastic on iphone 11) My GF has the iphone 11 and it is still also a great phone (definitely a better value for your money) but for myself I wanted the smallest phone possible so that would be the 11pro. I paid bit more for it so that is why the lower value rating. I knew what I was paying for though so no complaints here. With my trade in I paid around $800 compared to around 600-700 for the iphone 11 depending on memory size. I went with the 64GB because Apple stinks at charging you $150 for like 128 gigs of memory, meanwhile you can get a like 8TB's of external or other type of HDD storage for the same price. Pretty insane that they charge so much for such a small upgrade in memory. Just a tip - you barely get any trade in value even if you have double or triple the memory of the 64GB iphones so unless you absolutely need the memory just save yourself the money and go with the lower GB. You can always buy flash drives, external hard drives, and backup on your computer. Then there is always the cloud option which is .99 per month for 50GB. All better options IMO than spending a couple hundred for a few measly GB. The only gripe I still have against Apple. But anyway black Friday is obviously crazy, but the team at Best Buy Nashua, NH did an excellent job of finding my phone for me so I didnt have to wait in the pickup line. Then they ensured my new phone was working correctly before I left the store. They always have great, competitive prices, and I enjoy shopping at BB. Pros: 1. BB service 2. Triple camera is great, although maybe not $250-500 more great than the regular iphone 11 3. Build quality is heavy duty - still put an otterbox on it 4. Quality Apple iOS experience per usual. Cons: 1. They actually went away from the 3D touch with this iphone11 pro screen. No idea why (probably was cheaper) so the iphone 11 regular has the 3D touch that everyone has gotten used to and this one has regular old haptic feedback so keep that in mind if you are unsure which to buy. 2. Pricey If you are new to iphone I would get the regular iphone 11 as it is a much better value for your money, you can even upgrade your memory to 128 or 256 for less than the price of the 64GB 11pro. The extra camera is convenient and does take great photos, but the third camera is really just a telephoto lens that helps you zoom. It is not going to drastically change any photo. It's not like it has 5X zoom or anything, just 2X. If you are on an even tighter budget just get the iphone 8 for cheap. Only reason I upgraded is because of the iphone 7 antenna issue. Didnt feel like sending my phone away for a week for repair and also it was 3 years old so the battery life was struggling.

So far so good. I purchased this phone just recently because it is the perfect size for my hands which are very small. Also, I needed the telephoto lens which was not present on my previous phone. The Iohone 12 is moving to a 6.1 dimension. Main reason I received over $400 on my trade in plus the phone was on sale last month at Best Buy. Also I had $100 rewards certificates thru Best Buy so it was a win win situation for me. I love the gold color and the ease of operation of use. You can’t go wrong with the purchase of an IPhone

This phone's battery life is so much better than my previous iPhone XS. With the XS I would be down around 20% by the end of the day. With the 11 Pro, I'm in the 80% range by the end of the day. The only time it gets plugged in is when I'm driving to and from work which is a total of 1 hour. It's at 99% right now. Also, the low-light camera is unbelievable. Photos taken in a relatively dark area appear as though the area is well lit. I haven't tested the speed or performance of the 11 Pro so I can't comment on that. But, the battery life alone is well worth the upgrade.
